Fairgrounds RV Park

The RV staff is the kindest and give you the information that you're looking for and take the time to explain things that you don't understand. Booking is easy, spots are huge. Water tastes great, they even have cable, they do offer internet options but not through them but other companies. The laundry is on site with a beautiful library. The washers work really well and so do the dryers. They give you a place to say while you're waiting for your laundry to get done and rollie carts to move from washer to dry. The laundromat is not 24 hours. But that's okay. Very very clean not only the laundry mat but the little library and the front office. This place is very peaceful and at night time you can see Prescott valley in the distance the lights flickering depending obviously on where you're parked but you can always walk and see it too. 10 out of 10.

Shana is super helpful and very kind and patient. I'm really glad that she works here because you always see her floating around the park working on different things so it makes it easier to get some help in case something goes wrong with your site. I've had no issues with my site everything works perfect and it's fairly level so didn't have to add too many blocks. The people up front are so funny and very sweet. The ladies try their best to go out of their way to make sure that they help you.

We stayed here for 4 nights the beginning of May 2022. The staff is excellent. The park is very clean. It was quiet as we weren't there during any race times. The spots are quite wide and long, chat base, with a paved patio, no table provided. The laundry room is very clean, newer machines, and quite spacious. $2 per wash and dry. Easy access to the surrounding areas. We will stay here again if in the area.

I visited an RV resident couple and found that they really were enjoying the place. It is a little bit far from Whiskey Row, but not that far. Pickleball is available within a five to fifteen minute drive depending on park chosen.

Nice location, large spots. Free wi-fi isnt throughout the park but they have it in the community building. Best laundry facility that I have ever seen.

It is a clean, quiet, and friendly RV Park. All the utilities, septic system, and facilities work well and are nicely maintained. They do allow children, pets(certain breeds of dogs are prohibited), and outside lawn chairs/BBQ stuff. The staff is always helpful, courteous, and caring. Only drawbacks....not a lot of shade, not a lot of amenities(small activity center/laundromat), and some spots are very close to SR89A so that could get a little noisy. All in all it's a nice clean short or long term RV park.

Very nice and clean campground the manager Bonnie, was very accommodating. My daughter needed to stay a little longer than what we originally anticipated Bonnie was real quick to find another spot and to make sure that she was taken care of. A great place to visit and stay at

We've lived here a year and love it. It's quiet, safe, clean with friendly people and because we don't need a place that has "stuff" going on all the time it suits us perfectly. And most reasonably priced within hundreds of miles.

After almost 2 months needed to leave due hubby's allergies. Lots of grassland and wind.
Nice quiet park. Not age restricted so a few kids.

We had made reservations for here because it's a nice clean park. I always check the place out before moving there and this place is well maintained. Friendly and accommodating staff. Everything is paved and gravelled. We left the Quail ridge RV park in Mayer because it was a pig sty and their female manager there was a rag.
So we came here to where it's clean, friendly and cheaper.

Well kept, quiet park. It's convenient to Prescott Valley, but located out of town and traffic. No frills or amenities, but has great views of surrounding mountains and of the city at night. It's very difficult to get a reservation here. Come during the winter and then hold on to your spot!

What was supposed to be a 30 day shakedown turned into a 4 month stay. I can't thank the staff (Bonnie & Debbie) enough for how accommodating they were during our stay. Everything works, and no problems whatsoever. I heartily recommend it.

Very quiet. Nice place to visit for a day or two. If you stay longer the cable one is really good overall. There are signs present in the wash room telling you not to feed the coyotes.

This place was wonderful! We had problem with our coach not starting the morning of our departure and the staff was extremely accomodating. They did not charge us for the 3 hours late departure. And the park is lovely with privacy fences and immaculate facilities. Thank you Fairgrounds RV Park!

Quiet, well run RV park. It stays full and it is hard to get reservations. People are friendly and price is reasonable.

Because of the price there is no annrnities ,that was fine for us,and you will never find a park with a privacy fence,we would rather have

Nice park, lots of room. Everyone that works there was very friendly and went out of their way to help us. We would definitely stay there again!

Enjoying our stay here very much. It is clean, safe and very well maintained. The office and maintenance staff is responsive, helpful and friendly.

It a very good place to stay. People are friendly, quiet, clean. But need the people that walk dogs ,need to pick up doggie dodo. But still a great RV park.

RV parking, price is right, staff friendly.
