This gym has changed my life! Coach Jarek is great, he tells you exactly what you need to hear and answers any questions you have. Such a wealth of knowledge to be had, and an incredible family once you get hooked. Classes are available as fitness boxing or you can even train to compete. Awesome gym!

I love this place! I've been coming here for almost five months and I've not only had great success with getting into shape, but I've found a new passion. Jarek, who owns and operates this gym is a phenomenal trainer and coach. I had never boxed before and I had no idea what I was walking into my first day. Now, every day I look forward to the gym and breaking a sweat with other awesome people.

Coach Jarek Slagowski made my boxing dream come true. Since I was a kid, I've been turned away or only found bogus gyms. I walked into Grind in Sept. 2016 at age 52 still completely clueless about boxing. Jarek guided me patiently, ensuring I built a proper foundation in my training. Four years later, I have fought nine competition bouts and won four championship belts. I couldn't have done it without Jarek in my corner.
