I loved my experience with Aaron's today. I don't have time to go appliance shopping and my washer went out. I'm not one to have time or patience for the laundry mat. I walked in for a quick fix and that's what I got. Too easy, in and out. The gentleman that helped me was so sweet, patient and knowledgeable in the sale. Customer service is very important to me and so is my time. I had walked in this store a little over a year ago and was so displeased with the personnel. Lack of customer service skills, tacky, lazy, and so unmotivated. I thought I'd never come back. If you had this experience I'd recommend you give them another chance. New people and much better service.

Tell them Russ sent you. The mgr is a great person willing to give what it takes to deliver you goods. Even send paperwork with order to address of delivery without having customer return to store. Offer a price, he just might surprise you.

Staff is friendly and helpful

They are very helpful and they work really well with you on your payments and making sure you find the perfect product that goes great with your home.
