Wonderful customer service. Amie was very helpful and patient. Ashley is a bit expensive, but very good quality merchandise. I researched and compared pricing, but I keep coming back to Ashley. My only issue is I wish it was cheaper so everyone good buy Ashley. It took me 6 months to decide make my purchase. Issue pricing.

I was pleased. I walked in was asked what I was looking for then the associate sent me in the right direction. There was no pressure from sales ppl. And when I decided on what I wanted they had the paper work finished by the time my 11mo daughter walked up to their desk.

My husband and I just had a fabulous experience at Ashley’s. We went in looking for a sectional and we found like 3 lol. We bought one and then as we left we saw a different one that I just loved! The team at Ashely’s were so nice and kind. They did intense public math for us to calculate our new cost, refunded us the difference gave us water lol and even loaded my husbands new ‘Dad’ chair into our car. I needed a mattress for my daughter’s new platform bed pretty quick. I called the Outlet in Portales and they had exactly what I needed in stock. I was able to run down and pick up my bed in a box which conveniently fit in my car.
