As of 08/20, the lobby is closed. Excellent food, the drive through line has a few cars in it, but the staff was incredibly fast. Location has patio seating, although I’m not sure if it is open. Parking lot is open to enjoy food. Price is $$$ but is definitely worth it. Could not recommend more.

Great food! The stake and chicken baskets were delicious! Fresh, hot, and homemade! This will be our new stop on our way threw.

This is the spot for fresh American food, I'mma fried chicken and chicken fried steak guy. Also like gizzards and green chili stew. Whatever you get here we'll be fresh hot and delicious. If you ride motorcycles it's a good place to get an awesome meal and move on.

I've never had a bad meal here! Everything is always fresh and super hot. You can't go wrong.

Steak fingers were perfectly cooked. Fries were crisp. Had to pay for extra ketchup tho. Lemonade was very good as well.

The breakfast that I had reminded me very strongly of my grandfather's traditional southern breakfasts. The people were all nice, and it is a great place for a quick bite!

My chicken finger quesadilla on the Thursday special is absolutely astounding and packed with great flavor!!! Even after I ate it, my mouth was still watering from the sight of it!

Ordered dinner for the family tonight. We're homebodies normally so we appreciated that they delivered rather then us having to go out and get it afterwork. The portions were perfect, the price not to bad, and the food excellent. We ordered combined The Chicken Finger basket with coleslaw, the Gizzard Basket, A taco salad and a kids chicken finger basket. The Kids was an amazingly sized portion my son ended up only eating half and will have the other half in the morning, and he's a big eater. Love the coleslaw, I just wish I could get it in a larger size or order an extra. The fries were amazing, as was the chicken! My wife who ordered the Taco salad and said it was perfect.

I’m leaving 5 stars because I love this place but I’m really not happy lately with service. Food is typically good, I come probably 4 times a week for breakfast but service has been lacking lately, I don’t know if they are under staffed or what the issue is but my typical wait time from placing the order by phone until getting it has been 45+ minutes though I’m usually told 10-20 minutes on the phone. Worse is the parking lot will be filled with waiting people, most who came after me but get their food before me, could be expected if they ordered ahead of time too, but annoying. My order is usually a simple one breakfast item. I always tip, despite being togo. Just really not sure what happening here. So disappointed.

I grew up in Portales but moved to Philadelphia when I was in middle school 20 years ago. I still think about these amazing steak fingers and chicken fingers! This is by far the best mom and pop restaurant I've ever had! Reminds me of my childhood!

My husband and I just happened to see this place while driving around. Their sign said catfish so we decided to give it a try! Man are we glad we did! Worth the drive from Clovis
