Juanito's Mexican Restaurant

Ate here on 13/3/24. Fast service food was fresh and filling even had a free desert homemade very good

We called ahead to warn we were bring a party of 12. They jumped into action and had a table ready in short order. The food was awesome! The service was stellar.

I don't know if I can think of anything that's legitimately negative about this place! I've been eating here since they opened and I don't recall ever having an honestly bad meal. The staff has always been friendly and I really enjoy the atmosphere. The worst thing I can say is that I wasn't able to have my chili relleno plate for my college graduation dinner as I had hoped! And that was my fault for taking so long to get there and expecting them to not be slammed when I finally did arrive! On a side note I'd very much like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to the wonderful staff, quite a few of the times I ate at Juanito's it was with my grandma, who would definitely agree with my review. She passed away in December and the last dinner we ate together at a restaurant was right here. It was delicious as always, but I got her to try her first Enchalada, and she loved it! The picture is of her plate and shows her opinion of the chili relleno/Enchalada combo! As always the staff was on point and made it possible for us to have a relaxing, happy meal full of love and laughs.

Always great service & great food! Our go to place for a great take out lunch once a week. We make a special 10 mile one way trip into town JUST to get our Juanito's fix. Never disappointed and ALWAYS full with the portions received in our meals. Plenty of chips, salsa and sopa's with our to go meals too.

Excellent Food. The lady at the checkout seemed very stressed but they were quite busy for 3 pm.i had fish tacos and my hubby had a fajita burrito. Excellent. And the bread with honey was delicious.

We went there for Sunday lunch. It was very busy. The food was very good. Our waitress was very attentive. They even brought sopapillas for everyone. We would definitely eat there again.

Made a trip down to Portales, NM from Lubbock,Tx and it was a great restaurant to fill our stomachs for the road back home! They have some good food also!

Food is always on point. We never have a long wait for seating or a long wait on getting our food. It's always hot and fresh! Sonia (one of the cooks at Juanitos) takes pride in every plate she makes and sends out of her kitchen!!

We love to eat at Juanito's. Food is excellent and staff are very busy, but good. It is a regular for us.

I really like Juanito's. It is an authentic Mexican restaurant with a comfortable family feel. Good sized servings. Friendly service. Reasonable prices. FYI: They do have a selection of beers and serve sopapillas and honey for dessert with most meals.

Clean and friendly atmosphere. They have booths and tables, they also have a few big tables that will accommodate larger groups. The food is amazing and we can never get enough of their chips and salsa. Yum!

Absolutely fabulous. When lived here this was our favorite place to eat. Now 12 years later (numerous times before today) we had to eat at least one meal here. Just great food and excellent service. Rosario is the best ever.
