Dr. Krishna K. Lingala, MD

I had a fabulous experience with Dr. Lingala and his staff. He helped my lower back pain from too many kicks in TKD at age 71. I would highly recommend him to anyone in pain.
Emily was also, especially wonderful at the clinic.

Dr. Lingala is such a nice and caring doctor. I was surprised to see other reviews say they've waited several hours long. I've gone to his office 3 times and never waited over an hour. I was in and out within an hour to hour and a half from the time I walked into the wait room and signed in. That seems pretty average in most doctor offices. He is one of the only doctors in this area to specialize in his area of expertise, so of course he is going to have a very busy schedule. As I am preparing to move out of the country, he has been very accommodating with fitting me in very last minute. I had an ESI done, I had it done with local Anesthetics, he talked me through the whole process. In my opinion he is an excellent doctor. I will say I had issues with Sharmin returning calls in a timely manner. She is very sweet, but takes forever to return a call. I could never actually get through to her...just her voicemail. However, when I did finally speak to her she was very pleasant and professional. Overall, my experience with the doctor has been 5 stars!

I have been being treated by Dr Lingala for 4 years, and his injection treatments has me back to doing things I couldn't do before going to him. I have a .45 bullet lodged against my tailbone, it's been there since 1979, and my back is deteriorating more as I get older. Dr. Lingala has given me relief from constant pain in my lower back, and restored some of my mobility back. To me, he's The Best in the state, and the service at RGH is excellent.

I've been seeing Dr.Lingala since 2011 . He is such a friendly and caring dr. I've been seen by top notch drs out of state due to my spinal history and living in a small town . He is the
best !! And I would definitely recommend him to anyone that suffers from chronic pain .

He has been an amazing provider. He ensures patients understand and is very gracious in answering questions.

Never had to wait more than 1/2 hour, has been attentive and caring. Amazing support staff.

Never got any type of relive. But notice it’s like an assembly line when you go in for injections it’s like they try and get as many as possible so they can bill the insurance and make money. He never really ever listened to me and always had some other ideas which never targeted my pain. And since they give so many injections they don’t really give you the bed side attention you should because their goals is to get you in and out. Was an awful experience go to anywhere else but here. And Jessica the scheduler could use a lesson in customer service always seemed in a bad mood. And when you complain nothing happens.

Had appt got 10 am. At 2 pm i was told it would be 2 more hours before he got to me so I never saw him. I was told he runs 3 to 4 hours behind everyday so if you have an appt for 10 am he will see by 4 pm so be prepared to stay all day
