They have been very helpful with our experience. Anytime an office is dealing with insurance it seems to be crazy. But to me that’s not the office’s fault. And the doctor is very nice and explained himself very well.

He’s a great doctor. He spends a lot of time with his patients. Very caring and you get your monies worth with him. He doesn’t run you through like cattle.

Well informed, and explained the exercises that will help strengthen the affected ligaments

I strongly do NOT recommend coming here. I should have listened to the reviews but thought it couldnt be that bad, it was.

The receptionist (old white lady with purple/brassy hair) and M.A were highly unprofessional and RUDE. It made me uncomfortable. I scheduled for a knee injection on my dislocating knee. Drove from a different town to receive the injection. After waiting 1hr and 20 minuets PAST my appointment they tell me i wont be receiving the injection for pain. It was already hard enough to drive there with this pain. Instead the "doctor" rambled on for TWElVE WHOLE MINUETS of a list doctors he recommends for surgery even after i told him i had NO intentions on doing a surgery. Then proceeded to tell me that they are backed up with patients and didnt have time to inject. Ummmm HELLO, its me, a patient needing the services im paying for!! Anyway. Im still in severe pain with nothing but wasted time and gas. Also, bring your own records from all doctors because even though you fill out a medical request form in their office, for the receptionist to do her job and gather said documents, she will not do it. The rude "M.A" lady informed me it was MY job to bring my TX progress notes. Could have sworn thats what a receptionist does and the point of me filling out the release 🤦..... Good luck

Why can’t a doctor remotely keep an appointment? They are not answering ER calls or delivering babies. Just get people in with a minimal wait and here’s is a thought come see them once they get to a room.

Been here several times and this usually happens. An hour or more wait AFTER a 45 minute wait to get a room. Don’t book appointments if You are going to ask people to wait another 1.5-2 hours. Before being seen.

I'd give this place 0 starz if I could. Judgemental doctors office. My husband's now passed and you degraded his name. Don't give this office any business they don't deserve it.

Rude staff. I walked out before I even saw the Dr. I was told the staff was rude in there but I found out for myself. Not a chance in h—- I would ever go back or refer this office to anyone.
