Domino's Pizza

Hey man this place is stand up all the way through. Super nice and great customer communication skills. I had an issue, late in the game too, about 1120pm, they definitely understood and got right on it I had a fresh pizza in about 10 mins flat. DELICIOUS stuff too.. I don't know these guys' names but raise dem cats some $'s/h.

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Dominoes and had the opportunity to interact with Manager Jessie. I must say, my experience was absolutely astonishing!

Firstly, placing my order was a breeze. What truly impressed me was the level of customer service provided by Manager Jessie.The teams attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction was truly remarkable.

The pizza itself was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly crispy, the toppings were fresh, and the overall taste was fantastic. It was evident that the team at Dominoes takes pride in their craft, and Manager Jessie's commitment to quality was evident in every bite.

Additionally, Jessie's ability to address any concerns or questions I had was outstanding. They were knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to provide helpful recommendations. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile for customers truly made the experience memorable.

Had an issue with the app and Jessie really stepped up for us! He took care of fixing our entire order! It was amazing how easy he made it, I made a bunch of mistakes in the app ordering for the whole family and he personally called and got everything just right! Best dominos experience ever!

Great pizza, sandwiches, cheesy dips, bread twists and pasta. I have not tried their new tots yet. Not a fan of their dessert options. They have coke products not pepsi which is a huge bonus. Lots of ways to customize your food. Great prices and often great coupon deals. They will not deliver to my address even though I am only 5 minutes away. Because of that, I go to their website and place my order and pick it up at the drive up window. There is also an option for them to bring it to your car if you choose to park in the lot. You can eat inside also. Plenty of tables available. Very friendly staff. They have always gotten my order correct. It is always hot and fresh.

Dominoes usually does a great job… and today was no exception!! Even though it was graduation weekend, they were quick, my order was made perfectly, and even though my address is a pain, but the delivery driver Kenneth was on the ball and found me! 10/10 great job guys !

Easy online order. Staff was quick and efficient, and very friendly. Was easy and convenient for us driving thru in a semi and trailer. Thank you Domino's Portales!!

the best wings in town, only place that doesn’t sell dry wings and the customer service is amazing. Every time i go in the staff are sweet and bubbly.

I received my delivery order quickly and it was hot and ready to enjoy upon opening the containers. The delivery driver was nice and courteous and the food was delicious, as usual. Domino's never disappoints!

Hands-down the best pizza in town, which makes it the best pizza in the world. They're quick and the new building is great. *some* parts of town, like my neighborhood, thanks to corporate you have to call in your order for delivery -- but it's worth it, and I can always drive through for pickup instead. Literally no bad experiences.

Love the pizza we get from here. It's always hot and fresh. One time the guy forgot my soda and went all the way back and brought me one with a sincere apology and it was excellent customer service. I continue to get pizza from here and will keep getting it here as long as it's this good

I was very pleased with how quickly my pizza was ready. The pizza was made properly. From what I could tell from the drive up window everyone seemed to be taking proper safety precautions.

I have tested the Portales Dominos for a few years now. From the past 4 deliveries I have ordered I would give a solid 3.5 rating. But I think they are getting it.

I have very specific instruction on how to deliver my pizza, if they don't, I give only a $2 tip, if they get it right, they get a $20 tip.

For the last 3 deliveries they have been perfect on my instructions. Customer service is what really matters.

I ordered the gluten-free pizza, and it wasn't too overcooked. I like that it had a pick-up window.

Out of all the Dominos I’ve ordered from, this is the only location that gets it right every time! And even tho it was my fault I messed up my order tonight, they made it right!! I’d give 10 stars but I’m only allowed 5!!🥰

My portales fam and I always order pizza from there and Jordan, one of the pizza makers took his time to make sure our order was spot on. He had excellent customer service and was super friendly. I will be telling all of my friends to go there because of him.

Great food, cooked to perfection. Delivery driver was very kind and courteous. The team at this Domino's Pizza is aces in my book!

Great chain for Dominos. Food is consistant, drivers polite, staff works. Manager seems to actualy care about customers satisfaction and so does the staff.

The Alfredo sauce pizza is really good!!! The staff are always friendly and respectful!! A true reflection of the Management!!
