Los Pilares

For a meeting, we had a buffet of green chile chicken enchiladas and beef enchiladas with red chile gravy. Both were delicious, but I have to say the chicken enchiladas were tasty and tender and the green chile gravy had a wonderfully fresh flavor! It was all fairly mild, but if you want to spice it up, their tomato salsa has a nice bite. This is a charming family-owned restaurant and I can't wait to try some more things on their menu!
