The walk-in crew 2/3-2/4 was phenomenal. Patients arrive early and wait outside to be let in, and Micaela at registration is just so calm, collected, friendly and swift with the check in process. The MA’s on staff were friendly and you could tell they had their head in the game! Preparedness and priority of patient time is key to patient experience. Jamie is also such a trooper seeing multitudes of patients each day and working with the staff on a level that is effective for the running of a walk-in clinic.

Best clinic experience I've ever had! Came down with a cold and needed to get in ASAP. Called RGH Clovis Clinic and the receptionist was awesome in listening to my specific needs and even went and spoke with the provider to get me in right away. I drove straight over and was called back in 5 minutes. Medical Assistant Morgan was amazing and very attentive. Brandi North came in and took exceptional care of my specific concerns. Highly recommend clinic!

I am from GA and had the same doctor for many years. I am So glad to have Dr. Opena and Anaise (hope I spelled correctly) as my medical team. Both are extremely pleasant and I feel confident in the care I receive. Having a Doctor that listens and cares about your over-all health is priceless. If your looking to change or a new doctor, Opena is top tier

Portales Clinic has changed anything and everything I have ever complained about!
I no longer have any suggestions other then addressing the Records department, It failed again, Everytime I have gone into the records department either no one is at the desk or the person working is too busy to help me no matter how hard they try. Getting records from Portales Clinic needs improvement! Getting records sent to other doctors needs improvement, unless you stand there until they make the call or send the fax it stays in the things to do pile.

Excellent Clinic, very clean and efficient. Staff is always helpful. Neelu Finley takes the time to listen to me. Radiology department did a great job too.

Staff friendly, doctor took time to listen to me and explain everything she was doing. All test ran and results back in a very timely manner. I have zero complaints!

I enjoy being seen at RGH Clinic. Up until now I find the Clinic clean and the staff is helpful and kind. No one there has given me reason to dislike this clinic or anyone in it.

Dr A. is the best doctor I have seen. Jaime the PA in the clinic is also a great doctor. They listen and take the time to really hear you.

No matter who I have seen at the clinic or during late hours, I have always gotten good care and have always been listened to and felt cared about. I have a lot of health issues and RGH has my total confidence.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at RGH Cinic. They treated me with care and were very accommodating. I felt heard and cared about. Dr. A listened to me and really treated me good. Every person I dealt with was very kind. Highly recommend.

I have been going to RGH Clinic for about six years. It is a group of doctors and for walk-ins, the kind of care depends on the doctor you see. Some are more conservative with medication than others, and there are some I flat out disagree with regarding some things, but all in all excellent patient care is usually the outcome. There have been times I waited for five minutes, and other times I waited for an hour and a half but the front desk staff is kind and courteous in every instance. The availability of urgent care docs for appointments (most times same day, when my kids wake up sick and I call at 8 a.m. to see if there is time available) is outstanding and one of the biggest reasons I love having RGH Clinic as an option. The doctors and nurses treat us well, always, even when I disagree with their assessment. They recently instituted an online check-in system for appointments, which has been pretty swell. The clinic as a whole does seem to really listen when I've had issues and they genuinely try to remedy the issue. I've seen the negative reviews here, and I understand, because there have been times where the experience wasn't great, but I encourage those people to talk to the clinic management staff to share their frustrations. I do feel like they are listening and the problems do seem to get addressed. There are doctors I prefer and one or two I tend to avoid, and I am happy to have those options. One small thing, if you go to the clinic during walk-in hours, especially during cold and flu season, the walk-in "appointments" fill up fast. Although you can't make an appointment for a walk-in time over the phone (you have to be physically present to reserve a space during the walk-in times), be sure to call first to make sure they still have openings. Once they fill the slots for the walk-in, you may be turned away if all the slots are already filled.

I don't know why the reviews are bad. I literally left Clovis and drove here and was helped faster than I waited in Clovis. Staff was friendly and did their job. I got the help I needed and a good treatment plan. The place was also clean.
