Dr. Shashy is up-front and honest. He is compassionate and knowledgeable. My daughter had her tonsils and adenoids taken out by him and she saw him for frequent nosebleeds. We have been very happy with our visits and like that he explains any questions we had. Would highly recommend him and his partners.

I've been the myself and also my daughter. Or experience has been great on both occasions. Dr. Shashy has shown to be knowledgeable and very thorough and concerned with the issues presented. He was very willing to take the time to explain things and answer any questions as well. The office staff and nurse were also very friendly and equally supportive in their knowledge of the diagnosis and treatments given.

Dr. Shashy is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and spends as much time as needed with each and every patient. He is very thorough and addressed all of my needs. He even did a new in office procedure, called Vivaer, that immediately allowed me to breathe better through my nose.

Love Dr. Shashy and staff! I have only had to wait long one time, normally in within 15 minutes of my appointment. He listens and takes time to hear what you are saying and is very direct about what can be done. I highly recommend him.

He is fantastic! He is upfront, honest, and doesn't dance around a situation. He makes sure to take the time to explain questions you may have. Dr. Shashy and his staff make sure you're well taken care of and are really good about being quick and efficient.

I really like this Doctor. I seen two other ENT in my life.
Dr Shashy did my sinus surgery and now treating my sleep apnea. He isn't for the faint of heart he tells it like it is. (I like that) only because he does have the patient best interest at heart. I trust him fully. I highly recommend him.

I see Dr shashy about once a year to get my ears cleaned. My ears over produce wax to the point that it inpairs my hearing. Hes also consulted with my husband on closing his gaged ears (which we didnt go through with). He does use language on occasion and is very to the point which might rub some people the wrong way. But we like him and he always does a good job which is what really matters.

I am very pleased with this doctors care and treatment plan. He is treating my sinus infection that i have had since December this time. Trust me go to this doctor and stay away from urgent care and nurse practitioners if you can. I learned alot today at my visit. Great doctor and Staff.

Dr. Shashy and his team are excellent at what they do. They are very friendly and personable whenever I interact with them. They explain what they’re doing and they truly do care. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is needing an ENT specialist!

The girls in the front office went out of their way to get me an appointment on short notice when I wasn't feeling well. Dr. Shashy was extremely personable and kind. I'm grateful.

Just had sinus surgery yesterday, and I'm doing just fine.

I've been to him a long time ago for a nose infection,his bedside manner was terrible..I had a worse nose infection this time,he even did some minor surgery in his office and he was very kind and patient,i was very impressed..he knows what he is doing for sure

Not available for treating ear infections that require immediate attention. All of my visits there have left me thinking I could've found a more caring doctor.

Save your time and money and skip this "specialist". Ronald was condescending and didn't even know all of my information, just told me to do more of what I was already doing and that he'd refer to to ANOTHER ENT. Family history of cancer in the same spot that's now an issue for me, is apparently laughable to him.. because the insurance would NEVER approve a MRI for symptoms and family history. So what exactly is your job? Because you made it sound like if you can't physically see or touch an obvious problem, that there's nothing you can do. I've been to a legit ENT before, and sir you are severally lacking in skills. And your bedside manner isn't lacking, it's completely missing from the equation.

Worst Dr experience ever! I literally stood up grabbed my bag and walked out! The nurse that checked my daughter in was rude and then questioned why she was on medication that was very obvious why she was on it made her feel awful then was short and we felt when she was taking her history down things just did not matter
Then the Dr came in he was rude barley let her talk told her she was wrong. When she was able to talk. Very arrogant dismissive rude!
I thought you went to Drs to ask questions and find out answers not to be treated like you are stupid! After seeing my daughter face and knowing how she was feeling I stood up grabbed my bag and we walked out !

So if you are looking for Dr that listens and actually will let you talk

He doesn't have social skills which makes for a very uncomfortable experience. My husband saw him a year later and had the same review. He belongs in a cubicle with very low interaction with humans.

I can't tell you if this doctor is good or not. My husband called twice to make an appointment and left a message both times. They never called back. Very poor customer service. If the office can't bother to call people back who have called in twice to request an appointment, then the office is not worth my time or money and I would not recommend. I understand that staff gets busy and maybe he is no longer at the location we called (KentuckyOne Health Ear, Nose, and Throat), but at least let us know that or ask if we would like to see another doctor in the office instead of just ignoring the call.
