Primary Care Physicians-Hampton Rds

Dr Paragas has been my doctor for many years and not once did she make me feel uncomfortable with her assessments and diagnosis on the proper care she plans with my health issue.. Dr Paragas and all her staff are friendly and very knowledgeable in the jobs they perform. I would not trust my health to any other physician. I highly recommend her to anybody who seeks for nothing but the best doctor in USA

Very knowledgeable and caring who take the time understanding your issues. Unlike the other primary care clinics that just run you through the system only to come back again.

I could not ask for a better PCP. I have been going to primary care physician of Hampton roads since I was 11 years old. I love all the office staff and i don’t know what I would do without Dr. Paragas. She listens and addresses all my needs and concerns. Her new NP Ashley is super awesome and this patient is here to stay lol.

If there were 10 stars to give Dr. Paragas it would be granted. You are the best, and I'm truly glad I met you. My son means the world to me and Dr. Paragas took his as a new patient and he was over joyed with the outstanding service she provided to him. I myself, have decided to leave my current primary care Dr. and become a new patient of Dr. Paragas.

Absolutely wonderful! So personal and friendly. I was in and out no problem. On top of getting bloodwork right there on the spot was so convenient, Highly recommend.

This DOCTOR doesn't have a Heart for her patients! What kind of a doctor tells her patient that they have to be thankful and patients owes her that she treats them??? Let me just remind you, you are being PAID for every patient that comes to your clinic! Where are your 4 pillars of being a Medical Doctor??? Where are your Code of Ethics of being a Doctor??? For those people who seek of Medical Intervention, think MANY times before going to this clinic!

Called to try and schedule a new patient appointment. The first thing the lady said was "nothing till June" I told her that was fine and she gave me the run around about 5 times prolonging me to schedule an appointment. She wasn't easy to understand and first told me my insurance card has to have them as the PCP, so I called insurance to change it to them. Then when I called back she said "you should've checked with us because changing it" (which I did when I initially called.) Then she said she couldn't even get my information and schedule me a first appointment (even in June) until my new insurance card came in the mail and said their name. Overall very unpleasant interaction and felt like they weren't wanting any new patients (she could've just said that if so.) I'll be going elsewhere for PCP services.

Not a patient friendly clinic 0/10. The staff's behavior is consistently rude, lacking empathy for patients.

This is the worst facility ever. I got a blood test on a Wednesday...they told me they would call me Friday... Two weeks later after I went to another doctor I called them to ask me why they never told me I WAS PREGNANT which is very important info to know in my opinion 🤷 I asked them very nicely why they never told me and they said they were going to get around to it. Then I went in for a copy of my records and I very politely told them they should let people know asap if they are pregnant and the receptionist started telling at me and trying to fight me and then another receptionist jumped in too when the whole time I was just saying "I don't mean any trouble I was just saying I think that's important for people to know is all." Well luckily my husband and I had been trying and now are blessed with a beautiful baby. So glad I discontinued care here though.

It would not let me post no stars, so I had to put at least one star. However, most of the staff at the front reception desk is rude and acts like they are being bothered when you are there or call. The doctor is almost too friendly and then repeats personal info that was talked about to other patients and staff at the practice.

Bad communication. Trying to make an appointment was a nightmare. The person on the phone was extrememly rude and asking me questions that were personal and did not matter in regaurds to me schedualing an appointment.
