I gotta give a big shout out to Courtney. She’s been an amazing server, friend, and everything all around. I couldn’t be more happy walking in and seeing her behind the bar. Shes a great person to have as an employee and a friend to talk too.

We started coming for karaoke but we keep coming back because everyone we have ever encountered here has been so friendly! It’s a Smoke-free environment with a smoking section outside so I don’t leave smelling disgusting and/or with a headache. But the biggest twist has been the food. I mean! John has REALLY elevated the menu. He is passionate about what he does and shows great pride in his newest creations! John will Come by our table and say try this and every time it’s wonderful! And he’s hilarious to boot! I would suggest the Philly, the cheese fries (which I normally don’t like), the buffalo chicken bites or the pizza! I come from Richmond to hang out here when I can. So if you’re in the Hampton Roads area and you want a clean friendly place to go with good fun and great food; go see John at Stingers/Zinos!!

being new to the area finding a small local place to grab food was important to me and overall i had great experience! food was excellent and server was amazing, manager even came by to ask if we needed anything or had any questions, will definitely be returning

We recently visited after a game ( Go Hornets) and Crystal took great care of us!

The manager was also awesome, taking care of a small mistake from our last order.
Service was excellent and the bourbon wings are my new favorite! I love being able to support and recognize small businesses. Don't let a little bridge construction keep you away, great things happening in the Creek💜

I come here a few times a week and it's always fantastic. The food is great and the bartender Courtney is always on top of things.

We ordered delivery for the first time, and wound up angry at ourselves for not having tried it sooner.
The biggest issue was the menu...it is DAUNTING. Scrolling through while hungry, it was hard to narrow things down, especially since it's so broad we felt sure there had to be a weakness somewhere. (This might honestly be what kept us from ordering before now-decision paralysis is real). However, tonight I gave up and just ordered a little bit of whatever sounded good. We wound up with a small spinoccoli (?) pizza, Cubano sandwich with fries and slaw, torpedo sub, bbq dinner, and kid spaghetti. We ordered through the Slice app, and in less than 5 minutes I got a call directly from Zino's to clarify how we wanted one of the sandwiches done. I don't know about the in-house atmosphere, but it was the first time I've EVER had a restaurant call to confirm an online order, so immediate props to them. After that, the delivery driver was here smiling before the app could even catch up and register that she was on the way...they absolutely smoked the 2-3 other local pizza places we've tried as far as being on top of the delivery game.

Now, the food.

I honestly expected to be disappointed in SOMETHING. It's SO rare to have a place with the sheer range of options and have everything turn out, but we were delightfully surprised. I could tell immediately that the pizza crust was homemade, the veggies were vibrant and fresh, and it was crisp without being overdone. The bread for the sub was still toasted crisp, despite the dressing, and was stuffed full (it was a weird, spur of the moment order for me, but it totally hit the spot). The pulled pork (both the platter thing and what was on the cubano) was excellent, and the kiddo slurped up her entire portion of spaghetti without seeming to notice the chunks of tomato in the sauce. The sides were also better than expected, particularly the mashed potatoes (still with skin!) and the fresh chips. The cubano was, overall, the least successful (somehow it just wasn't Cubano-y enough? Maybe too dry? I got dull before I could eat enough to nail it down) but not because any of the components were bad. It's got a good amount of excellent pork in it, and the ciabatta is soft and fragrant with dill (SO good!), to the point where I'm looking forward to throwing some of the remaining cole slaw on it for lunch tomorrow.

So it turns out the joke's on me. Here I thought I'd narrow things down by getting pizza AND subs AND a pasta dish, and figure out what to avoid. Instead I just want to go back and order more different stuff to see what else is excellent.
Ya got me, Zino's. We might even have to come in person sometime.

Amazing food, inviting atmosphere, hospitable servers/cooks! I can't say enough about this place. So so so good! Go check them out. Kelly our server was so amazing 👏

Great hidden place! Only one other group on Wednesday lunch. We had the chicken tenders with fries and a burger with fries. Drink came with tenders as a deal. Great value with many things under 10 dollars, very fast and VERY tasty!

Wonderful place to eat. The food is delicious and me and my mother come as often as we can. Sabrina is AMAZING.

I mean, who doesn't like some good bar food??? It always comes out quick and with a smile. Great salads, pizza, nachos...

Pulled pork and brisket was delicious!! My friend had Salisbury Steak and cleared her plate! Yummy! Owner even gave us a $5 off card for our next visit 😁

The Zino Burger was excellent. The service was great. The lunch prices were excellent as well. Good place to go for a bite and a drink.

Cristel is an amazing waitress! Good and drinks given in a timely manner! Always comes back to top off the cops and insists on constantly checking her customers for food, drink, and any concerns!

Courtney’s service was top tier I really appreciated her great attitude and attention to detail I’ll definitely be a return customer

I haven't been to Zino's in years but the place hasn't lost its touch. I went there for Dinner (take out) and the food was hot, fresh and tasted delicious. Our waitress Sabrina (Squirrel) is very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be going back.

Been going here for years. Always a pleasure. Staff is warm and welcoming. Food reasonably priced. And they'll accommodate for your personal tastes. Highly recommend their loaded cheese fries if you visit!!

They have a bit of everything. From burgers to pizza even Italian dishes. The employees are always in a positive mood and sending great vives. It's a medium size place but great atmosphere.

Ordered ahead and picked up a delicious lasagna for lunch and salted caramel cheesecake for dessert. Their food is always hot or cold depending on your order as well as reasonable priced. Working next door to them doesn't hurt either. Always a great place to dine in or carry out!
