Traveler's Lodge

The group I was traveling with was BEYOND ecstatic with the customer service at this Traveler’s Lodge!

We had just completed a 29 hour drive during which we had spoken with a concierge over the phone the previous night who stated check in was at 11:00 AM when we reserved the room. However, upon arrival, we were informed by the concierge working the desk that check in was actually not until 3:00 PM.

Feeling defeated and exhausted, we explained what had been told to us by the previous concierge. When she heard this, the current concierge went out of her way to ensure that the room was cleaned and prepared and she actually allowed us to check-in early given the miscommunication.

With this, we found that the room was extremely clean. Additionally, the location is just minutes away from Yellowstone’s gate.

At a very reasonable price compared to other lodging facilities (perhaps the most budget friendly), we highly recommend the Traveler’s Lodge!

Considering the cheap price and that it is a 1-star hotel, I was quite surprised with the room. It was clean, cleaned throughout our stay, and the beds were fairly conformable. Good affordable place to stay while visiting yellowstone.

Boy at front desk was helpful and knowledgeable. Free hot buffet breakfast was located at sister hotel on different street which made the price and room better. Overall it did the trick and paying more than $150 per night hurts so I would stay there again because you are only sleeping.

Very clean, staff was friendly. Parking ok getting out of the parking lot was a problem unless like me you wait till it clears out.

Older but clean. Not updated. You'll only have about 10 tv channels, but there plenty of stuff to do around town without watching tv.
