Hibernation Station Cabins

My family of five stayed at The Hibernation Station for three days. The cabin was comfortable, clean, and enjoyable for our stay.
It was great to be so close to the park entrance along with the rest of the conveniences of town.
Staff were super friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed access to hot coffee, tea, and hot cocoa every morning and even in the afternoon at the main cabin.

This place is the best. We had a little issue our first night and the way these ladies jumped into action practically made my head spin. Anita took SUCH good care of us and she is such an awesome gal, and you can tell her heart is in it. Everyone else we came into contact with was extremely sweet and accommodating. The cabins are so beautiful and give you that mountain cabin experience you’re likely expecting. They’re also well kept and very comfortable. Two reasons we have officially decided to start an annual trip and take our whole family... Yellowstone National Park (obviously), and the Hibernation Station. I don’t think we’ll ever stay anywhere else.

My family stayed here for one night before a snowmobiling trip into Yellowstone. The cabin was a perfect setup for the 3 of us. The heat worked great and we were only a few blocks away from everything in town. The only regret was we didn't have our bathing suits for the hot tub. The decorations were very cute and amenities were perfect.

Wonderful trip very accommodating owners/staff. Loved the log cabins, my only complaint would be maybe an LED light over the headboard of the bed. Charlie thanks again for the cinnamon rolls. I couldn’t have asked for better place even with a 2 hr travel back and forth from Big Sky.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We drove down from Washington for a quick 3 night stay to relax and take in a snowmobile tour. We were so relaxed at the cabin we barely left except for a few walks each day. The property was perfect, the cabins were beautiful and cozy and we are already planning a trip for next year!

First time in Yellowstone so I wasn't sure where to stay. I am sooo happy this was my choice. First impression was great location. I traveled with my dog so I needed a quiet place and good walking area... check and check. Check in was easy. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was perfect. I stayed in the pet friendly room, Grayling Creek series. It was clean, warm and welcoming. I definitely recommend!!

This was our best visit to West Yellowstone yet! Our log cabin was clean, cozy and absolutely splendid. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I have to call-out Annette and Dylan, both of whom went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and fun as possible. I can’t say enough about the location, the quality and cleanliness of the room, or the staff. 100% A++++++

Stayed here a few weeks ago and the cabin was great! I had to reschedule due to being sick, but Annette was very helpful in getting it rescheduled. There was a problem with the billing after the stay, but she was able to get everything fixed. Very happy and will definitely be staying here again!

A group of friends and I booked a snow coach trip into Old Faithful in Yellowstone National Park. Seeing Yellowstone in winter is a marvelous, wonderous, magical experience. What made the trip even more special was staying at the Hibernation Station Cabins in West Yellowstone. The cabins are beautiful, warm, cozy, and spacious - and so very nice to return to after a long wintery day in Yellowstone. The staff is wonderful. Annette goes out of her way to make your stay the absolute best it can be. She takes care of all of your needs, from making sure you have coffee filters to completely changing your accommodations if necessary. Charley baked fresh cookies and left some in each of our cabins. An unexpected treat. The whole experience was spectacular and quite memorable.

The Hibernation Station was AMAZING! Our stay could not have been more perfect. Upon arrival we were met with a stunning cabin with a huge bathroom. The fireplace was so cozy and kept us warm throughout the night. The location was so easy to locate and the staff was extremely gracious and hospitable. Hot coffee/tea/cocoa were available in the front office along with a kind smile. We felt so taken care of and safe for our little getaway. Everything is super conveniently located in terms of distance from the cabins. Parking was easy, right next to our cozy cabin. Thank you again Hibernation Station!! We can't wait to come back!!!

Great little spot close to everything. Cabin was clean, warm and had fresh cookies upon arrival. Beds were comfortable. Ran into the owner and they were very nice and friendly. Would stay again.

Only stayed one night but the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was excellent and very clean. Outside hot tub was a bonus! They even gave us a great recommendation for breakfast in town. Thank you!

Loved our stay at Hibernation Station. The cabin was so comfortable and nice. We even cancelled going out and just enjoyed hanging in the cabin for a good part of our stay. This will be our permanent place to stay for Yellowstone.

Lovely place, dog friendly.
The staff were helpful and friendly and made sure our stay was a great one.
There was a jetted tub in the cabin, as well as a sauna and a Jacuzzi in a separate cabin.
There was a little playpark with a fire pit too.
Definitely recommend for your trip to Yellowstone

We stayed at The Hibernation Station on May 17th we had a king size bed cabin. It was very comfortable and loved the large fireplace. It had a microwave and fridge with a large table. Was very clean. The employees were very helpful and friendly.
The location was perfect, close to town and close the the entrance of Yellowstone. Staying here help to make our experience amazing.

Amazing cabins to stay at will definitely be coming back here. There was a fireplace in our cabin and a jet tub! The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in to date and we had such a blast there! We were checking in later than their office hours and they were so accommodating! Just a few minutes away from the Yellow stone national park entrance and I can't wait to go back!

Cute little cabins very close to the entrance to yellowstone, less than a mile. No frills in the one we got, not even a microwave (they do have one in the business center for use) or mini fridge. Then again, we're not here but to shower and sleep!! Lots of food options, even right now in the off season. Our cabin was clean and the beds...omg so comfy!!! Probably most comfy I've slept on in any hotel/cabin. There's also a shared hot tub at the business center, we've yet to see anyone else in it!

I stayed 2 nights in one of the cabins in July 2023. I would highly recommend this place. The cabin was amazing and clean. Staff was friendly. The plus is you are a few blocks from shopping and dining, along with being close to the entrance to Yellowstone National Park.

Located at the end of town, but a great location for walking into town and checking out what the town has to offer. Rooms are very clean and just awsome. Beds are ok. Inside the rooms, I felt like I was deep in the woods in a secluded area. Would definitely come back.

I couldn't believe how pretty these cabins were. West Yellowstone is a cool little town and this was just the perfect theme for our Yellowstone stay. I stayed here with 2 other guys so our needs were pretty minimal. Hot water was limited but we didn't run into any issues with that. Staff was nice and respected our stuff. The hot tub could have been a little bigger but it was such a luxury after a full day of fly fishing the rivers. We even had the wolves howling from the refuge next door. What an experience!
