Staff is very professional and friendly. I always have a great experience every time I visit this facility.

My eye appointment was great, optometrist (Dr. T) was excellent. Very cordial and professional, makes me feel like hoth my service and sacrifice count for something. A wonderful experience at the facility.

I had an appointment scheduled at this location and I have never been to this facility before, from the moment I walked in the front door It was a pleasant experience. The man that was taking temperatures was so sweet, the front desk ladies were nice and helpful. Once I sat down to wait I almost immediately had to get up because I was already called back by the nurse. I am not normally one to name drop but I felt that these two ladies truly deserved it. Nurse Vasquez and P.A. D. Henton were absolutely phenomenal and a joy to be around. Unfortunately PA Henton is not my normal provider and she was helping out. For anyone that does have her, you will not be disappointed. Overall, every experience that I have had with the VA has been wonderful.

As far as the facility I was a bit worried when I looked at it from the outside but the inside is very clean and taken care of.

Team 53 and with Dr. McCann And nurse Cook have met all my needs at the VA facility in Chesapeake.
Labs are normally part of my visit and they’re done very quickly.
My waiting time at this facility has been very Minimal.
The check-in and checkout staff are very professional and I have been provided excellent customer service.

What a great healthcare team! Sure it takes months to get an appointment, but go to the ER if its an emergency. I am happy with the care I have received here and at the VA hospital in Hampton.

Location is perfect for me. I was treated with great compassion and respect. For the first time in a long time I am receiving the care I desperately needed. I'm very grateful for the staff @ Chez Cboc

Due to location & size alot more convenient for me. You don't need help or a map to find where you need to go. Waiting wasn't bad, perfect location for routine visits and blood work vs. traveling to larger facility in Hampton.

I normally would not rate the VA anything higher than 1 star. However, I will say this. Adam/Austin or whatever the guys name is was helpful. He said he was going to do something & actually followed through so...I must say it shocked me.

Faster service than the main VA in Hampton. Still hard to get appointments and you cannot get all care here.

No one is there to man the phones for emergencies if a veteran has to cancel or reschedule appointments
