Kelly Inn-West Yellowstone

The location is perfect! 2 minutes to the west entrance of Yellowstone and convenient to all shops and restaurants. The room was clean, and the beds were really comfy! They brought fresh towels and soaps each day. I found it a bit odd that they didn't make the beds while they were there, but no biggie! The faucet didn't come out very far in the bathroom lavatory, so it made a water mess on the bathroom counter. The breakfast was great each morning. Overall, a great stay. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I had the most incredible stay at The Kelly Inn. We stayed in the Grizzly Building - it was very clean, renovated, and overall worth the cost. It was one turn away from the park entrance, and had breakfast each morning in the dining area. We were very pleased with the staff and they were all so kind. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying again if we come back to Yellowstone.

Fantastic stay. Great breakfast. Rooms were really good. Water pressure along with temperature in the shower was perfect. Microwave & fridge in the rooms are great plus. Good beds too. Overall great place and absolutely no complaints!

Room was large and clean. Staff was great. Property is well maintained, location is ideal because of all of the eating and shopping options within easy walking distance. Breakfast was always good. I would not stay anywhere else.

this was a great place to stay and enter the park from the west entrance. Breakfast food was good, housekeeping staff were very accommodating. Lobby and breakfast area was a great place to hang out. The reservation staff were very accommodating when I had to change reservations three times!! would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

Our family stayed here on our way in and out of Yellowstone and it was fantastic. It's a short stroll across the street to see Wolves and Grizzlies and to shops. The service was fast and friendly, the rooms spacious and breakfast had many tasty options. We'll be back.

This place was wonderfully. I was driving through places I had never been before on a road trip I was really looking forward to. This was a really lovely lnn made even nicer by the beautiful snow it was like a post card picture. The beautiful king size room was done in a forest cabin setting complete with a moose table lamp. Table and chairs finished off the look of the room. Which included a coffee pot, microwave & refrigerator

The Kelly Inns Hotel in West Yellowstone was perfect for a cold wintery night. We were coming through West Yellowstone in our RV and temperatures were forecasted to be -20 degrees. We called the Kelly Inn to see if they could take a last-minute reservation and if we could also plug in the block heater on our vehicle.

They were very accommodating and they actually have plugs at most of the parking spots! This was a huge convenience and despite the cold temps, our vehicle started up right away the next morning.

The room and breakfast were great. We were very satisfied. Thank you!

This place is amazing! The themed rooms in particular are very real. We were afforded a late night check in to the “breakfast nook” theme room. It is super real and really makes you feel like you are sleeping in the breakfast area. The nook staff even come in at 630am to start making breakfast and apologized for disturbing us. Next time I may try the “swimming pool” or “hotel lobby” theme rooms. 5 stars would recommend

An excellent option for families/families with kids. Service focused and customer centric in their actions. Loved staying here and would definitely come back.

Service : excellent communication, booked through their website. The front desk(Debbie and Kelly) personals were just amazing, the personal in-charge of kitchen was very friendly. They were very considerate in accommodating a last minute change in my room booking.

Rooms : stayed at the grizzly building. The rooms were new and very well maintained, had bunker beds in our room and kids loved them.

Location : very close to the west gate. Helps you save a ton of time to getting to the park.

Breakfast : options were plenty and most of them were fresh. Only disappointment was there was no hot breakfast dish for vegetarians. I wish they served potato’s without meat.

This place was great! Large room with everything we needed. Nice staff. Perfect location. We would stay again.

Friendly front desk staff. Great 1st floor pet friendly rooms with outdoor access. Room was clean and very nice.

Loved staying here!!! Everything is super clean! The rooms were large and clean! They allow your doggos to stay with you free of charge! Which was sooo nice! Our room had hardwood floors rather than carpet, which just added to the cleanliness of the place!!
The housekeeping staff, and maintenance were all super nice! Breakfast was AMAZING!!!!!!! They have a pancake maker instead of waffles! They have sooooo many choices. The eggs are actually cooked in a skillet. I have never seen a hotel with such a nice spread for breakfast!
Will be back when we go to Yellowstone again!

Last minute need for a room. Very glad we stayed here. Perfect location to go into Yellowstone. Room very clean, bed very comfortable too. Staff at front desk were terrific. Hopefully I am remembering correct name for the lady that checked us in, Emily. She was wonderful. Gave several recommendations for dinner. We went to Madison Crossing Lounge. Great food. Husband had Bison Meatloaf, I had Flat Iron Streak. Cooked perfectly. Would stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights and it was the perfect place for our family. We stayed in the updated rooms which were clean and spacious for a family of 4. There is an ample sized pool and hot tub and the kids loved the hot chocolate available at all times. The best part was the front desk staff that were the best that I've encountered in a long time. Would definitely stay again!

You could not ask for a better location! All of the restaurants and shops are within walking distance and they're the closest hotel to the park entrance. Our room was clean and well equipped. The bathroom was huge. Despite being right by the elevator and icemaker, it was quiet. We'd definitely stay here again if we make it out there again.

This hotel was perfect as a home base while visiting the western side of the Yellowstone loop. The rooms were fairly large, the bathrooms were very spacious, and the decorations around the hotel were spot-on for the location.

The continental breakfast was like most hotels, but the auto-pancake maker was a cool addition! The wooden bears around the outside of the hotel were fun to see.

The hotel is walking distance from the main road and all the shops, restaurants, and ice cream!

We were in need of a place for the night and this was great. Lovely room. Great and helpful staff and agreat night's sleep. They even had a hot breakfast.

Loved it! Very rustic Yellowstone vibe. The staff were lovely. Great pool, right close to town. We would just walk in :)
