I’ve been going to Dr Lori for years & I think she is the best around & she knows her business. I feel since she quit taking new patients ( sorry for them) she has been easier to get into! Her time is valuable & she tries her best to get patients in & realizes everyone is under the same deadlines. Thank you for her & her staff

Talk about an awesome office and great staff! Dr Lori is the best....so thorough and always does a great job dealing with my teeth...I've been going to Bright Smiles for years. Stacy is great up at the front desk. And Bernie always does a really good job as well! I always feel welcome and never rushed. Always leave with a clean mouth, preventative for cavities and other issues, and a nice smile!

I started going to Bright Smiles over a decade ago. Dr. Lori and her staff have always been outstanding. I moved out of state for several years and when I returned we picked up right where we left off. They are the most amazing staff you could ask for in a dental experience.

When I moved to St. Charles from Illinois 7 years ago, I needed to find a good dentist closer to me, as my teeth and dental hygiene are very important to me.
I went to Bright Smiles on a very high recommendation from my niece. In my lifetime, I have been to quite a few different dentist, never to anyone as thorough, friendly and caring as Dr. Lori. She is always smiling and very upbeat, very professional. She always does a thorough exam, checks my teeth, gums and xrays for any changes since my last visit, asks if anything is bothering me or hurting.... after her thorough checking she turns me over to Bernie for a fantastic cleaning and polishing of my teeth. My mouth always feels wonderful after having my teeth cleaned by Bernie.
I look forward to going every six months for my checkup and cleaning. Everyone that works at Bright Smiles is awesome and so friendly. I have never had to wait. When I walk in, they are ready to take me.
The office is clean, brightly lit, updated equipment, TV and massaging chair for my comfort. I always feel at ease and relaxed when I am there. If you are looking for a Dentist that cares and gives quality service, I highly recommend Bright Smiles and I’m sure you will too.

Having recently moved to the St. Charles area, my family has been looking for a dentist that really invests time in the care of their patients, was reasonably priced, and treated you like a valued customer. Dr. Logsdon and the team at Bright Smiles Dental were just that.

My husband and I were looking for care for our entire family...including our two young kids. We were looking for a place that would give them a great experience, so they would look forward to going here every 6 months. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure the kids felt comfortable during the entire visit.

Bright Smiles has been the best experience I have had going to a dentist. Dr. Lori's staff has been very accommodating with scheduling. They have a kind and caring attitude with their patients that makes you feel that you are apart of the family. My family members are now coming to Bright Smiles for their dental care. Myself and my three daughters recently had our first visit to Bright Smiles. We absolutely loved the facilities, the staff, the service and the dental treatment. after a very bad experience with a prior dentist who chose to not take x-rays, Dr. Lori was quite understanding and sympethetic with my over abundance of cavities. She systematically got my teeth back as healthy as they could be. Great staff and very caring. Very good at working around our schedules as well. Now, my wife and daughter also see the kind people at Bright Smiles! We highly recommend them...

Bright Smiles is the BEST! Dr. Lori and her whole staff are the nicest and most attentive people. They are amazing with children and adults. You really feel like they care about you and aren’t just funneling patients in and out the door. AMAZING office!!!

Dr Lori and her staff are amazing. We could use a different dentist that our insurance would cover more of our costs, but Dr Lori does such a great job with our son it is worth the extra money. Always accommodation and willing to work with schedules.

We have been patients of Dr. Lori's since the beginning of Bright Smiles, she and the staff have watched our kids grow through the years. Very much a "family" dentist, we have also referred family and friends, and ALL have loved her and the staff! Very welcoming!

I've been to many dentists all over the St. Louis area this one is the best in my opinion. The staff is incredibly friendly I've ever met and they really care about how the patient's are treated.

Historically, I've simply brushed my teeth twice a day and occasionally flossed (who has time to floss everyday?) and haven't been to the dentist in a while. As a result, I knew a cleaning would be quite uncomfortable. The hygienist made sure that any work he performed was as comfortable as possible and I am extremely grateful.

I would highly recommend this dentist to any of my friends and Bright Smiles has a patient for life.

I have been to many dental offices in both the Kansas City and St. Louis area and this office is by far the best. Bright Smiles has a very friendly staff, updated equipment and provides optimal dental care. I have both cleanings and fillings done at this office and the hygienist and dentist are very good at what they do. They are gentle and efficient. I would recommend this office to anyone.

My husband, myself and all 4 of our children absoulety LOVE Dr Lori, Bernard, Stacy, and the entire staff. You will not find better care or bedside manners than here. If you have fears or nervousness about dental care than you NEED to contact this office

This Dentist office is the coolest and most welcoming dentist place i have ever being too. great care, knowledgeable dentist, friendly staff, timely precise ( in and out with 0 minute Wasted time ), well, not to mention The messaging chair, TV and relaxing environment ( especially for a dentist office ! )what else can you ask for.

PS: I rarely write reviews about dentists or doctors in general but i had to do this because of the great experience ( i have being to tons of dentists and Bright smiles is the best by far )

I really like Dr Lori. She is a very good dentist, has state of the art equipment and genuinely cares about her patients. Bernie is a super hygienist. I'm so happy I switched over to them a couple years ago.
