Frank Padilla is the best! I bought a new hot tub last fall and enjoyed it all winter. I had to change the water every four weeks. I followed the brief instructions I received from the dealer and struggled with getting the to last for the expected six months. Luckily I made an error in the setting, called the dealer for help and was directed to Frank. Frank came to the house and quickly resolved that issue but more importantly began to educate me on proper water maintenance. He took all the time I needed and left once I felt comfortable in managing the water chemistry. I HIGHLY recommend Frank for any hot tub needs. He is truly a great guy with a heart for service.

I had a leaking pipe in my hot tub. Frank - owner of Spa Med-X asked me to send him pictures of the broken pipe, which I did. I told him what it looked like, the exact place it was leaking from, and the parts that would probably need to be replaced - even going into detail on what type of connectors it would need, etc. Frank gets over to the house after a week of waiting, takes apart a couple of items, and then tells me he can't do it because of his back problem - even bemoaning that "His chiropractor would be upset because of too much lifting". He takes a couple pictures - and hands me a bill for $ 130.00 for doing NOTHING!!!
