If I could've given them 10 stars I would. This is our 1st visit to Reynolds Subaru and let me tell ya, they have the best customer service. Emily, our customer service representative was a gem, she carefully explain everything to me to include photos of items that need attention. The services were explained and priced, all with a positive attitude and a great deal of knowledge. I'm highly impressed and would recommend Reynolds Subaru to everyone.P.S. I even got a lift home and once completed they'll drop off my car. REMARKABLE!

My Experience was Awesome and The job was Done in a Timely Matter. Danny and his Team went above and beyond Service to get my Job done . The technicians at this Facility treat your vehicles as if they belonged to them. The service was handled very Professionally and efficiently from start to Finish. I rate Reynolds Chevy a 5 Star Facility when it comes to satisfying all the customers needs .

Reynold’s service department is the best. Bought my car a month ago and my engine light came on, called Braedon our sales person (awesome guy) and he got me in with the service department same day. Walked in and was greeted right away and they did a quick check of why my engine light was on (even though they were very busy) they determined the problem and unfortunately I will not get my car same day so they put me in a loner car. From start to finish, service department was amazing, they keep me posted about my car, and made me feel like family. Amazing service and people!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Reynolds, everyone there is so nice and truly amazing to work with. They weren’t salesy, pushy or aggressive like most dealerships. They made me feel valued and appreciated (not just a number) they took the time to ensure I was happy and that truly meant SO much. I’ll never buy from another dealership!

I can’t explain how good was our experience with Reynolds. Best dealership ever! We had great hospitality and customer service from Harper, Logan and Lynn. And also Chester who picked up my daughter from airport. I definitely advise to everyone who is around, you have to go and buy a nice car from this perfect team and great company. Thanks again.

The Service Managers are absolutely top drawer. ALWAYS friendly, efficient, remember you, and actually watch out for you. I was in for service and after receiving a text, indicated that I forgot to add inspection with the oil, lube, rotation, etc. and was quickly informed that inspection was the only thing on their list as the balance of the items were not due for a few thousand miles. They could have done the work and up-charged but their expected honesty prevailed (again).

Bought a brand new Subaru. Very happy with the product and everyone I interacted with at Reynolds Subaru. Braedon Herring and Thomas Payette for loans were fantastic! The loan process was as painless as it could be, and well within the range they stated. Highly recommend!

Great experience here buying our first Subaru. Jermaine and the all the other staff we met with were great to work with, and we will definitely would go back the next time we're car shopping.

Service is always a 5 star, prices are not. $115 for an oil change that use to be around the $60.00 range is too much of a drastic increase in my opinion. I'm sure there may be a justification but if prices continue to increase at this level, I will be forced to figure out another option and I do not wish to, but will.

Absolutely loved our car buying experience! Jermaine and Tracey were fantastic and we felt so valued as customers. They made everything easy and enjoyable. Overall amazing experience and would HIGHLY recommend! We will continue coming here for future cars.

Great deal on my new Outback in 2021, and the service and warranty support has been phenomenal. Josh and Amanda in particular have been just extraordinary. I live in Charlottesville but buy in Orange!!!!

Simply stated - Logan, Chris, Tony, and Tracy are awesome! I purchased 2 cars in 2 weeks this month and others in the past - top notch customer service that goes beyond the sale. Reynolds is one of the only dealerships of any BRAND we trust to do business with and will continue as long as that team is in place. A dealership must go beyond the product and just selling a car; its about building a life long relationship, and they do it!

I brought my corvette in for oil change and filter and while I was waiting, the owner came in,
Mr. Reynolds, and we started talking and talked about the old times and the muscle cars. I was about 4 months older than he was but we knew what was , back then!!! Then the service manager came in and they found some things to be done but I didn’t mind cause I wanted my vette right. I enjoyed speaking with the owner!!

If you're in the market for a car, you cannot beat Reynolds. They offer vehicles at a fair and competitive price that, at least in my experience, could not be matched by other dealerships. I purchased a brand new Subaru Crosstrek 2 weeks ago and my experience could not have been better. My salesman, Jermaine, was kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure that I got everything I wanted. No one I met was pushy or overbearing and they just made the process simple. They beat every other dealer in terms of price and even offered great incentives for financing. This is truly a family business that lives up to their claim of superior service. In fact, my car-buying experience was so amazing that both of my parents decided to buy from them as well. They are truly the best dealership that I have ever worked with and I will continue to go back to them for all of my service and maintenance needs.
