McAlister's Deli

I would like to say this is a very enjoyable sandwich deli to eat at. Excellent attention to detail on each the sandwiches I've ordered up to this point. The restaurant is very clean and parking was no problem outside.
This is a wheelchair accesible building, good for family and kid friendly.

I usually order online and I've enjoyed the reward program and the getting coupons online. This location on Laclede Station Rd and out in St. Charles County are very good locations to visit.
I haven't been to other locations yet, but the employees here at the St.Charles and Maplewood Delis have been very positive, and they are knowledgeable, with good customer service.

I'm sorry I don't have more pictures of the other sandwiches for you, I ate the evidence as soon as I got into the car. lol.

Listen y'all. This place has the most delicious food. The southwest salad is fire and the soup bowl is out of this world. I love it

I had the McCalister Club and it was AMAZING! This was my first time.here and I expected for my sandwich to be made like Subway sandwiches and on similar bread but when I received it, it wasn't. It was even better! I can tell it was made with delicacy and creativity. The bread was toasted and it was just so good. I cant really describe it but I will send a pic and also. I waited under 5 minutes for completion of my order. This is now going to be one of my go to places!!!

My visit was great. I coordinated a Christmas party for 135 employees for my employer. And I enjoyed the food so much that I wanted my mom to experience the deliciousness. We ordered the McAlester club sandwiches and they were amazing. For our sides My mom had the fresh fruit cup and I enjoyed the jalapeno potato chips. We both had chocolate chip cookies. Everything was yummy including the pickle wedge. The iced tea was delicious and that lunch helped make our Saturday day trip delicious and complete.

I was the last customer that came in for the night. While the staff could have rushed me out and been dismissive, or however, they were very personable and prepared my order to perfection! My grilled chicken club was delicious, as was the grilled chicken salad.

The best chain deli in the planet. The spuds are amazing and the sandwiches are superb.

I went here yesterday. This place rocks! Good food, friendly staff. Clean building, and a warm enjoyable atmosphere. If you are around this place, and your stomach tank is empty, check this place out.

I am not a vegan, but they have a Vegan friendly selections too.

I love the food. I would never have expected high quality dark green leaves in my taco salad (most restaurants only do the cheap lettuce). But, there are so many other favorite foods. The cooks do a great job. But, I also like that the bathrooms, tables, and floors are always clean, regardless of the rushes that come. Lastly, I love the friendly employees. There is a guy there named Kamele. I told him that I was amazed at how he could juggle so many things at the same time. He did a great job. I also really appreciate the other employees that reach out to make me feel welcome. They really have the best staff at this restaurant. A+ customer service.

Customer Service was polite, fast & accurate. I see where the staff gets their manners from because the manager was extremely friendly. I wished I lived closed to the maplewood location because I would go there all the time. Love that place & the people!

Wonderful food and pretty fast service. I read in one review that a lady always had to wait around 20 min and she can get faster service at a sit down restaurant. No, I'm pretty sure you can't. Guess what? This is kinda consider a sit down restaurant. It's not fast food. Keep up the great work!.

I love this McAlister's. It one of the largest one's I've been to. It's well designed inside with great ambiance to boot. I only wish this exact restaurant was in a better location like Brentwood. It really blends in too well in the background of this strip mall. Completely unnoticeable to the passersby.

I almost never review places, the employees were friendly. It was really busy but they all worked together and kicked ass. Sitting at the front of the restaurant I was in awe of how calm they were in lunch rush. Taking time to walk orders out and taking customers to orders quickly.

Ordered the New Yorker and the Smoky pepper jack turkey. Had them delivered. They arrived warm, and very tasty. 2 sandwiches were 4 meals. Enjoy! .............. i order like every week or so its that good and convienent!

This is the literal best McAlister’s I have ever been to. Super friendly staff, clean lobby, quick service, delicious food. Everyone here deserves a raise. Will DEFINITELY be back!!!
