Food was excellent, affordable and fast. Customer service was nice and family owned. This place reminded me of a New York style Bodega. Will return in the future. 5/5 stars.

The food here is so good . Chicken cheese steak is perfect and the people over there are very good.

Surprisingly great place for cheese steaks. This is my boyfriends favorite place for cheese steaks and my favorite place for a perfect french vanilla cappuccino 😋 The employees are always very fast and friendly, the prices are VERY reasonable, the store is always clean, and the food/drinks are delicious.

Good business. I work on a schedule and time is of an essence. I call and never fails to have me in and out. I like the quality of the service I often frequent every time I’m in the area. Too me it’s healthier the eating at McDonald’s or any other establishment. Plus the food taste great.

I love this place. I am not a pork eater. I love the variety of things I can get that does not include pork. The food is very good. The place is always clean. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

I love their breakfast sandwiches and the owner is so friendly! My favorite spot in New Castle hands down!

Even though the person repeated my order back, they messed up 3 of the 4 cheesesteaks/subs! AND on a $40 order I was charged $1.59 to use my card?!! That is insane! It’s a Wednesday night, not even busy to add to the madness! The place has definitely gone down hill for sure.

This place is ridiculous, since when does a Countrymaid not sell pork ... I ordered here cause it was late and capriottis was closed I got a grilled Italian disgusting ( how can you call it an Italian sub when, it has no ham, no Genoa, no capicola, like no pork if it doesn't have pork it's not an Italian sub... like there's was no sign no nothing saying they were hala or whatever the word is for no pork I've been eating at County Maids since I was a kid and even worked at a few ... they shouldn't be able to use the business name especially when the only way I found out it was no pork was biting into my sub and almost threw up, I just through away $13.00 and now going to bed without eating all day ... I'm so livid about this!!

Unfortunately, I am not happy with my sandwich or service. The sandwich was nothing but a couple thin slices of low quality meat that as obviously NOT the Dietz and Watson products displayed in the store. Then my total came to $14.00 for two small subs so I used my debit card to complete the purchase. The clerk didn’t give me a receipt so I asked for one and noticed the an additional .56cents was charged to my card without me know. I honestly believe they are intentionally not offering receipts to cover up the fact that they are over charging their customers. Please don’t make the mistake of accident order from the Rambleton County Maid next to the Pepboys on 273.

This is the worst food place around. They go up on price every week and their meat is low grade. They never give the amount of food for the price they charge. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
