The store is well laid out, large isles, clean, and good lighting. There are no sales associates, but the cashiers are friendly and helpful. The prices are high (it’s not pay less), but every pair of shoes I have purchased from there have lasted a long time.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt driven to after this visit. After spending hours shopping , I finally went to check out. A pretty young girl was working, and she was very personable, helpful and professional. We were discussing various things in life, and she eventually asked me if I was a dsw member; I said yes, and she said that in my online account (which I had NO idea about until she told me) that I had a 40% off coupon for boots, which low and behold, I I had a pair in my cart! I had never met her, asked her name (Taylor) and asked if she'd be embarrassed if I mentioned her in a Google review. She obliged, and made me very happy throughout the whole transaction. I doubt I'm the only customer she's helped, but thank you Taylor! You're wise beyond your years and I wish you the best in life.

Very good selection however would love to see more vans variety. They always have the coolest ones for kids but very basic ones for adults.

I've been here twice with a good experience both times. When I went there this morning I asked for some advice and information and the person I spoke with was knowledgeable and helped me pick the right shoes. Then when I checked out, the cashier looked up a coupon I didn't even know about and saved me a few extra dollars. I was very impressed with the service, buying shoes is something I don't think much about but I want to put it out there that my experience here was outstanding.

I started shopping at this DSW over a year ago for myself and my kids. I always love being able to stop at one store and not many to find exactly what we need. Today, Lamar the manager went above and beyond in helping me with an exchange to use a coupon I had gotten. The type of customer service I experienced today was amazing and something that seems to be now missing from a lot of places you shop. Thank you Lamar, I will continue to exclusively shop at DSW for shoes for our family. Blessings!

The young man bald head glass African American was the only person in the whole mall that spoke when we came into the store. Which is why we spent money in this store. Also the young lady that just graduated at the register was very professional and very friendly. Thank you both for the great service

Walked in and I was greeted from the start. I love coming to DSW for shoe deals. I normally go to the lynnhaven location. There is always a great assortment of shoes to choose from that sometimes I can't make up my mind. Ashley Nicole helped me find the perfect shoe for a gift for someone. She showed different options for what I was looking for, comfort. The clearance section is also a big win !! I will be back at this location if in the area!

Wanted a pair black rims...they though they had in store...however they had to order them for me..with free shipping to the store. Management was great when I came to pick them up..didnt get the guys name..but he made sure everything was on order that I was satisfied with fit etc.

Went in shopping with another family member and we both found shoes at good prices and I ended up being able to save $10.00 on our purchases on top of the sale price. We both need wide width shoes and were able to find them here. Sales associates are friendly and helpful.

Got some dope Timbs for my man there. Reasonably priced and manager was soooooooo awesome. I wish I knew his name to give him a shout out, but let's just say a play by play of Forrest Gump was happening between Pops and the man and he joined in and it was AWESOME!!!!!! Been a fan of DSW for years and especially those clearance rackkkkkkkkkssss!!!!

Great selection of shoes at very good prices. Most of what you'll see are last year's models, however they do carry new styles and models throughout the store. I always go to the clearance section in the past because I'm frugal! :-)

So many beautiful shoes being unboxed while you shop. Great prices. Shoes for Spring n Summer. Yes, I have to get more then one pair!

Recently purchased a pair of SOREL VIIBE TWIST SLIDES, Black, Sea Salt/Noir. Wears very comfortable and looks great. Used Rewards discount also.

Always a good selection of marked down shoes. Associates are helpful and friendly and they ensure you get all available discounts. Parking is plentiful and Ulta is next door.

Returning my granddaughter shoes for a larger size was now problem at all. Thank you so very much for saving the larger size tell I got there

Great selection. Love their generous clearance section. Check out was slow but overall the place I buy 90% of my footwear.
