Seeking therapy was a very uncomfortable experience and process, or so I thought. When I met with Fernando, he eased the discomfort I felt with the process. He created a very open and comfortable environment between us in the sessions and I was able to communicate and actually feel like I was being heard. If you are ever seeking therapy services, I highly recommend coming to Fernando!

Once you walk in you truly detach from the time and day. It is such a cozy and therapeutic space. Fernando makes you feel so comfortable in your skin and does it with such ease. Therapy isn’t talked about enough but it is the most important thing anyone can do for themselves. It is truly an open space zero judgement it’s like a weight is lifted off of you when you are there. I am enjoying the therapy sessions and learning so much. This is the best decision I have made for myself and most importantly for my family. You are in good hands here I promise.

When I came in for my first session I was dealing with so much anxiety that I could almost see my hands shaking. When all was said and done the jitters were gone. My above review was after I had just started working with Fernando. After months of working with him I can say that if I could give him 10 stars I would! The ease of talking to him and the insights that I gain with his guidance after every session has helped me immensely in life. He has helped me through some VERY challenging moments and he always makes sure that I get the most of what I need in every session. I cannot express how blessed I am to have found such an incredible therapist! I would recommend Fernando to anyone who is looking for guidance through challenging moments, help with anxiety or even just advice on how to create a more balanced and peaceful life.

Fernando is kind, supportive and understanding. He gets my problems, personality and needs. I appreciate the time I have with Fernando. He is a true gem of a therapist.

Fernando is a great therapist! Not like a traditional therapist, but one that really makes you feel comfortable and has you take a step back and see things from a different perspective. Very happy to have found him.

He is the BEST therapist I have ever worked with. My husband who has never beloved in therapy, has been able to look internally, and has really started to see within himself, patterns that he would like to change through doing therapy with me. I have been able to identify a lot of toxic patterns that I have gotten into. I have been able to find tangible ways, with the guidance of Fernando, to fix them. He is 100% worth every dime. Fernando was the first therapist I have worked with. I was nervous for my first session but the the lights and soft music in his office made me feel relaxed and comfortable right away.

I have been working with Fernando for a couple months now and all I can say is that he’s amazing! He has created a safe space which makes you feel immediately comfortable to open up. I feel like I am talking to a close friend. He’s very approachable, easy to speak with and in turn, he has great insight and advice.
