Worked with Nady to get auto replaced. Very friendly and very thorough. In less than 1/2 hour she had it handled and via email I immediately was in receipt of a temporary insurance card. Mrs. Phillips was always upbeat, professional, and patient during our many conversations on the telephone. She assisted my father and me in finding an affordable Homeowner’s policy for my parents. This agency was able to save my parents thousands of dollars when we bundled their home and auto policies. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and impressed with the level of service and care I received for my parents. I told Nady that I am going to change all of my other policies over to their agency because I was so happy with the rates she was able to offer my parents.
