I’ve been to different UPS stores and I will have to say this one stood out with great service!! The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. They will definitely be seeing more of me in the futures. Thank you guys.

So lucky to have this ups store as my neighborhood one! Employees are patient and kind and there is even a designated parking space for quick in and out!

This store out of all the stores used or been to before has provided the best service and customer engagement. On top of that they provide impeccable customer service they are super kind patient and polite. Every time I enter this location Mauricio and other fellow employees never fail to greet me kindly and make me feel right at home and that’s what I call above and beyond customer service. Keep up the great work Mauricio and team. They provide this level of top tier service even throughout a pandemic and that should be noted and noticed I greatly appreciate you guys .

I called this location to get directions on how to find them because it was my first time here and i was lost. I spoke to a gentleman over the phone and he helped me find them. Over the phone i mentioned i had a heavy box. When i parked, i was trying to figure out how to get the box into the UPS location. I was approached by the same gentleman that i was on the phone with named Mauricio. He was there to help me with the heavy box. I was so happy to see someone take the initiative without me asking. Mauricio really made my day, and reminded me that there are still good/caring people out there. Thank you UPS for having employees like Mauricio!

I have had the pleasure of working with this UPS Store when I have had to do returns for Amazon twice in this past year. While I did get a bit confused finding the location within the mall, they helped me pack some delicate items + ship them as well everything was shipped fast + without any hassle other stores may give when returning packages. The 2 who I have me that work here are very courteous, professional, and helpful. The packing too was done completely by them with what I consider what glove service..... If you need to ship out anything, I would recommend hands down going here 1st!

I worked long-distance with the store to pick up, package, and freight a desk from Miami to DC, and I am very happy with the service. Emails and calls were returned promptly, and information about the process and cost was clear. The desk was well-wrapped, including extra protection for a leg that was loose, and arrived exactly when promised. And best of all, the price using UPS was significantly lower than that quoted by 3 different freight companies. Many thanks to the store, and to Joseph in particular.

After reading reviews on other UPS stores close to my house. I gave up & googled some by where I work. I must say THANK YOU to all of you who took the time to post reviews because that's what made me come into this UPS STORE. I came prepped with my own tape to package my amazon returns and ready to pay for a print out of the return QR code. When the young lady told me that there was no need. She was done with me in no more than 3 minutes. Please keep up the great work. This will be my forever UPS store. Not just for my amazon drop offs but if I ever need anything else.

Great overall customer service. I needed to overnight a package of medicine to my parents, Jasmin was able to answer all my questions over the phone and was pleasant and quick in person. I got in and out on my lunch break and will definitely use their services again.

The store manager, Mauricio, goes out of this way to make your experience personal, almost like family. As a busy lawyer, I have many rush matters I present to this store. I have many choices of stores to use. One visit to this store convinced me I had a winner. I rate it 5 stars, and a 10 on the 1-10 scale.

Five star service from Mauricio and his team! I had a lot of packages to ship and the entire team provided amazing customer service so my packages could get out without making me wait all day in line. This is my "go to" UPS for my shipping needs in the future!
