I needed some 12x12x6 cake boxes and the 2pk they had was perfect. Price was decent as well ($6.49). The cashier was very nice that checked me out also! They are 2pc boxes not one single piece.

I had an issue at the Cutler Bay location where my return was denied for some made up reason but I called this location and the manager told me I could return at this location with no problem!
The team working the night of Dec 30th, 2022 had great customer service!! Definitely trained by good managers who actually know what they’re doing and keep customer loyalty a priority.
I live in Homestead but I will go to this location in Kendall from now on to get all my supplies for my business. I rather drive extra miles to get good customer service. Thank you!!

They all kinds of fabrics really nice store if you are looking to craft

All the ladies here are incredible! I had to get some fabric for my Halloween costume and they were super attentive and helpful. They answered all of my questions. I also got a scratch off coupon for 50% off that made my day. The cashier was super sweet and also helpful. Love this location! I wish more retail places had the kind of attitude and behavior that those in this store have.

I visit very frequently. Get the specials, as yarn is pricey. I have a good time shopping there. If I needed something, all the staff is always ready to answer and show me where to find it. Then cashiers are very helpful with the promotions, as sometimes they seem a little complicated. They always help me find the special for the particular item I am buying.

I love the special of 10 paper for$ 2.00 great deal, the store havery good special, the stuff at regular price are to spencive,, but if you take you time and check for the special you going to get great great deals, don't forget the coupons

This is a huge store filled with lots of delightful crafts and fabrics. Their Christmas supplies are numerous and there is something for everyone. They offer classes at the store also, which is a great thing for anyone who wants to learn. It was a great and fun filled experience.

The staff here are fantastic!
They’re knowledgeable, patient, and eclectic. Every single person in that store brings something to the table that’s unique, they’re also extremely patient.

While there I saw a woman upset about a misunderstanding (that was clearly being handled) and while she was having a melt down the staff de-escalated the situation with ease and grace.

Not to mention the variety of fabrics and crafts they offer cater to all creative types across the board. A sewists wonderland! 🤣

The employees here are always friendly and helpful to me. The Singer staff is especially knowledgeable when it comes to their craft. This is definitely a good place to go; if your project could use a little more wisdom or guidance.

Joann's in Kendall is the place to get fabric for retail. Their knowledgeable staff is willing to assist you in any way they can barring a packed store. Their employees have the patience of Job while keeping the store stocked and organized. Make sure you have your Joann app ready cause the deals on their really reflect at checkout but the wifi sucks. Be aware. Don't hold the line up cause you "forgot."

Please don't be a Karen and get upset that the employees won't do your project instore for you for free. Too many entitled people barge into mid conversation with reps then get upset that the reps won't cater to them at every moment. I'm looking at you lady that comes at xmas time cause you dont want to follow the detailed instructions on how to cover your seat cushions. Yes, its work. YOUR WORK....not the employee with an ever increasing line while trying to cut in the line and wear a mask. Not even because it's the middle of a pandemic but because spitting while you are barking like a coked out chihuahua isn't the kind of attitude we need in Kendall. Strive to be better.

Love this store 😍 nostalgic with DIY Goodies and creativity in the air. Very safe and follows social distancing measures to still get all that you need and awesome coupons makes my purchases worth the extra yarn I got just cuz😜

me and my best friend used to come here a lot in high school and it was always a blast. she started making bows using fabrics she bought from here and even scammed me out of $7 for a bow when i couldve just gone to her house and made it myself. we're best friends to this day. thanks joann's!

Love this place. Most of the girls cutting fabric are always helpful and friendly. Prices are a little high so make sure you bring your coupons.
