Best mcdonalds I've been to in my life. Condiments and order filled correct and fast.. it was clean and quiet.. water cup arrived fast. All utensils and packets filled properly

I had an issue with an order I made through the app. The receipt was correct. The grill ticket was correct. However, the burger still had onions which I cannot eat. I called the store and talk to the manager, but I was too far away and they couldn’t refund it over the phone, I ended up passing by this location the next day talk to one of the managers they refunded it.

Mistakes happen. They owned it and made it quick to fix. Says a lot about management there!

Got a Big Mac meal,coffee and apple pie.Was served promptly and hot,would have bought next size up hot coffee had it been available. Restaurant was clean and well staffed for time of day.Loved the tr

I ate inside (during afternoon). The food got there fast and I never ate it this hot at any McDonald's in the world. This is the definition of fast food. Fast, hot and tasty.

We opted to eat inside with my 4 yr old niece this was the best McDonalds experience ever! The place was immaculate, the food excellent and the service awesome. It was a pleasure watching the workers interact in true comradery. I used my rewards for a free happy meal and one of the deals for my mother and my meals. I can state that dinner today was practically a steal of a deal.

Armando had the best attitude I've ever seen in a fastfood restaurant. We were greeted right away, our pick up order was ready. I wanted to acknowledge his excellent customer service since I rarely have this experience at any other McDonald's

I enjoyed this. Where I am from (Pennsylvania), the McDonald's are dirty, rough, and the employees are mean. Whereas this McDonald's is always clean! Me and my mom had help with the employees. They are the nicest people in the world. I'm going to miss this place. Take my 5 stars for my respect to you!

This might honestly be my favorite McDonald's in Kissimmee. I've come here multiple times and 9/10 times they never get my order wrong. They are usually pretty fast too. The only time it's ever been slow is when one customer was holding up the line for everyone else. The staff is pretty friendly and the parking is actually very wide and open so traffic can safely flow through. It is near The Loop so it can get a little busy, but it's usually never as busy as you would expect.

On this account I review places and outings i have with my service animal. We went here this weekend because we were hungry on the way home. The location was busy but kind and pretty effecient. Kind to us and my dog, Barbie. The food was fresh too.

Organised very clean and the two older ladies polly and Jamie are so cute and helpful. Compliments to them both... Its nice to see the team in uniform and actually working :)

I'm a regular McDonald's customer, but this was my first time at this branch. I was impressed by how clean and organized it was, and the service was really good. I would definitely recommend this branch to others.

The one and only McDonald's I can actually say is worth a visit. I'm normally not into Mickey D's, but I needed a quick coffee and breakfast. Super clean, super friendly atmosphere, superb overall. Swing by!

this is by for one of the VERY BEST Mcdonald’s, i’ve personally been too. inside was very well organized and clean for any customers who are to go in. very nice service. i would definitely RECOMMEND this Mcdonald’s if your coming through….

I just moved to this area,. So first time at this location. But, wow,.. everything was perfect, manager, staff, food quality, food temperature, open late and Extremely very CLEAN & Not crowded in store experience. 5 stars. This my to go McDonald's from now on. 😁👍🌟
