The Artisan Bite

I passed by this bite-sized café and gourmet bakery umpteen times and always in a hurry, so I never stopped to go inside. While tucked between a hair salon and another business, they don’t have drive-thru service, but limited indoor seating is available.

I was delighted with the variety of offerings. They are a tad busy but not more than any popular coffee house would be. As I waited, I took a look-see through their fresh-baked breads and pastries and my decision came easy.

The spinach pastelito [pastry] was flaky and creamy—best I’ve ever had! I also bought an egg & cheese pocket, a banana & walnut muffin and a cinnamon roll to go. My latte was just right with a heart design that made my morning! I also really liked the added touch with the pretty string on my box. They didn’t have to do that but I’m so glad they did!

This place is impeccable and I noticed many of those in line ordered breads and baked goods without perusing the bakery case or the menu. Customer retention speaks volumes!

Their quiet ambiance, good service, and moderate prices, makes this a great place to frequent when in the area and I will make it a point to return!

Thank you for a lovely gluten free experience. I purchased; GF bread, banana nut muffin & an almond croissant (not GF) for my Bf. It was all fresh & delicious. I toasted the oat bread & put olive oil on it, YUMMY. Excited to try other things on the menu, I will be back. There was an insane selection of baked goods if you don't have a gluten sensitivity, your in for a treat! But either way you are. Thank you.

Loved this lil shop! My 1st time there and the counter girl was so polite. The food was great, we also brought bread and ate it at home. It was so good! Not to mention, the Cappuccino was awesome! Stop in and give them a try!

Put it simply: the best bakery you can find in the area!
I feel no difference with great European bakeries, the bread is amazing, freshly baked and with just the 4 main ingredients, nothing else, and for just 5 dollars. Love it!

Such a perfect neighborhood bakery and coffee shop. Popped in on a Saturday had the place to myself. The latte I ordered was so smooth didn't have to add anything to it. The Nutella Croissant was everything I dreamed it would be. Stop in for your experience.

Excellent bread! Best gluten free oat bread I have had in a long time!! Tastes and feels like “real bread” with an amazing crust… 😋

Love this place! Finally not a food chain, all cooked from scratch and with passion by Max (the Baker and owner). My favorites are the tapenade, the croissants and the sourdough.

Best sourdough breads and croissants. And amazing coffee too. This is how bread was intended to be made and eaten. My favorite is the 30/80 as it’s flavors and texture are complex and rich despite being made from just flour, water and salt. Thank you, Max.

This place is like a hidden gem ! They offer a variety of pastries for us in restrictive and alternative diets and the best part is that it taste as if it was made with conventional ingredients. I have tried their gluten free , sugar , dairy free carrot cake . Another must try according to my son is their vegan triple chocolate muffin. I really enjoyed their almond muffin. As for coffee (very fresh) they also have alternative milk such as macadamia (very creamy), almond, coconut etc...if you are into sour bread that's their best seller and my neighbors rave about it. Today I bought a baguette and my husband said it tasted the way it was made when he was a child prior to all the artificial ingredients madness. I forgot to mention the don't use any artificial ingredients! Prices are comparable to the local coffee shop.

Great coffee and pastries. Definitely get their cinnamon buns on the weekend.

One of my favorite things to do is grab a latte and a pastry in the morning. I have been gluten free for a few years now for health reasons, and finally found a yummy place to come and enjoy. The best iced latte with almond milk I have ever had, with the coconut gluten free muffin or a piece of the Lorraine quiche ! Amazing! Now we almost go every Saturday! I also love to buy the gluten free oat bread to take home and double toast it with some olive oil! The staff is also accommodating and friendly.

The rest of my family is not gluten free and they love the mini and regular sized baguettes.

10/10 recommend!

MOST delicious bakery in West Broward! You can’t miss their almond croissant and their olive bread, but honestly everything is absolutely amazing. The coffee is also really good, the iced latte is my fav!

This is a fantastic, if small, bakery and coffee shop. I appreciate the fresh, delicious, and affordable loaves of bread, especially the Sourdough. It's also wonderful to be able to grab a cup of delicious coffee while shopping.

Love having a bakery so nearby! I've been there twice; brought friends the second time :) The almond cake is lovely, fresh and still delicious the day after. The 3080 bread has a really nice crust and is so soft on the inside, but because it's baked fresh you have to come in the morning before they sell out if you want to try it. The pumpkin cranberry muffin might be my favorite and I love that it doesn't have added sugar. We were there for a couple of hours and the staff was really nice and even brought over an extra chair so everyone could sit (their sitting area is small and has three chairs/stools regularly.)

Such a cute place! The pastries and food here are 10/10 and the service is always great. Highly Recommend the fresh sourdough as well. My new regular spot :)

Found The Artisan Bite by googling 'bakery near me'. After reviewing their website, I decided to give it a try. So glad I did. This morning, I bought an assortment of pastries to give to the nurses in ICU at a Hollywood hospital. They have been wonderful to my husband and I just wanted to show my appreciation. I bought one palmier pastry to try out for myself. Delicious! The breads on display looked scrumptious and almost too beautiful to eat. I will definitely be back!

This little and cute bakery start my morning full of flavor, I ordered a caramel cappuccino and sandwich prociutto provolone and red pesto 👌😋 delicious and the bread is really authentic and well made.

Great quick bite here this morning! Cappuccino was awesome and I had their ABC sandwich. It's apple sauce, bacon & cheddar on a fresh-baked roll. Interesting combination and very tasty! My wife had a cachito filled with ham, also tasty. Definitely recommend checking this place out and we will definitely be back!
