Sushiato Weston

My experience at the sushi restaurant was amazing. The Latin infusion and combination of sushi is a great combination for the food pallet. They put a lot of imagination into their menu. Also, the people who work here are super friendly, and have great service.

I was excited to come try this place just looking at the photos and Sushiato did not disappoint. We tried the sushi pizza, Superman bowl, guava roll, falcon roll, and fried rice and all went above and beyond our expectations. Each unique! My new date night location. Will definitely return! Maria was also a wonderful waitress- very attentive.

Phe-nom-nom-nom-inal! I can't believe how lucky I was to find this wonderful restaurant on my recommended places to order from. While they have typical sushi and Asian style dishes, their fusion stuff offers a unique experience! I only took a photo of the Sushi Pizza, because after that I was too engrossed in the food to think of it! Their packaging was sustainable, as well and the food even looked great after being delivered.

The food was incredible, many different options, for sushi lovers and none as well. Johana was a great server! And Sandra is a wonderful manager too!

Sushiato Weston is simply spectacular. If you love sushi as much as I do, this place is a must-visit.

The food quality is exceptional. The tuna and salmon are fresh and have fantastic color, and the portions of the sushi rolls are generous. Every bite is an explosion of flavors that leaves you wanting more.

Now, what really makes Sushiato shine is its service. Sandra and María are very friendly and always attentive to details, which is crucial for me. Their recommendations are always spot-on. They make you feel at home from the moment you walk in.

This time, they recommended trying the Three King Roll and the Tuna Tiger, and wow, these dishes were amazing, a solid 5 out of 5.

Without a doubt, Sushiato is an ideal choice for a night out with friends. This place won't disappoint. Highly recommended!

Best sushi we’ve had in a very long time! Fresh and amazing flavors!!! My husband and I ordered 4 rolls and they were all spectacular! Dracula, Falcon, Guava and Crazy Ebi. Presentation was excellent. Can’t wait to be back!

We came to this restaurant thanks to a recommendation. We really liked it. The sushi was good, service was on point, the server was nice. The place is cute. We really like the mix with Art, in the plates, pictures and decorations. One of the rolls was falling apart and the place is a little pricey but we are definitely giving it another try! I loved the Tuna Tartar and the Gerstl Roll. Dessert was good too, we had the fried donuts and they were delicious.

For Sushi lovers, it is the first time we came and we liked it, delicious food and refill lemonade, excellent service from María, and a pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely return, thank you!

This place is amazing! The food is just as beautiful as it looks in the picture book they bring to the table, and it tastes even better. The waiter was excellent too. I will be back soon!

We came here for Valentine's day and it was perfect! The service was top notch even with the restaurant being full. The food was amazing, this was our second time here and it was just as great as the first time. We got the crispy chicken bao buns. they were crispy fresh and delicious. we also got the Miami roll and the Gauva roll, both were fresh and amazing! the presentation and taste was great! I highly recommend.

This is a great restaurant that serves a quality selection of sushi as well as a wide variety of traditional offerings. I recommend Sushiato to novice and expert diners alike. I feel they have something for everyone and the fact they offer photos for most of their menu is a nice touch.

10/10 recommend!! The crispy nigiri was a great starter and the rebellion roll was unique and mouth watering!

First time visiting and I am not disappointed, the sushi options are externally special with many options, the flavors are unique and work together exceptionally,

The food is consistently excellent, the menu is diverse with occasional specials, the service is fantastic. They have never made a mistake on a take out or delivery order, & we order take out almost weekly. They don’t use styrofoam, use recyclable paper & plastic. Accessibility & parking could be better, and there less than 12 tables in the restaurant itself. It’s one of our neighborhood favorites.
