Good service

Sunday I spoke with Carolina and scheduled an appointment for today Wednesday at 5:30 for my daughter as a birthday present. We arrived to the apt 10 min early. We were referred to this salon by a friend that takes her daughter. When we arrived I was told they canceled her apt because it was set for 5 pm! I never got a call. I was told we’ve been calling you. I showed them my phone. Can you believe they called the person that referred them? While they’re waiting the same thing happened to someone else also with a 5:30 apt. I wish I would have known Sunday they were so unprofessional as I would have gone elsewhere. Never again. Very unprofessional. I called my friend and told her, she felt so bad!

Unable to use this business because they did not honor an apt. The person that I set it with was not even there. They did not speak English and a client there had to translate. Poor experience, will never be back!!
