Omg one of the BEST T-mobile stores in the Kissimmee/Saint Cloud area for real. Every time I go they’re so nice 💕 Soloman was amazing. He spent like an hour helping us with trading in and upgrading our devices. It’s out of the way from where I live but the service I get here is def worth it!

The staff very nice and so helpful, Take a good care ( I came during not busy time ) .

I am a sprint customer and went to the T-Mobile store on Simpson Rd and were turned away due to them not wanting to basically work with sprint customers. Which made me come into this amazing location! The absolute best service by every customer service rep and most importantly the Manager on duty, Manny! The transaction was smooth and effortless, if this location is a little bit of a drive from you it is definitely worth the drive! 100% recommended.

Lily on Osceola Parkway T-Mobile took two hours of my time. But it was two hours well spent. She took great care of me and my wife. Very friendly and very helpful. GREATEST T-MOBILE REP EVER IN THE HISTORY OF EVER! She did a great job, smiled and talked to us. Had a great personality and knows what she’s doing at work. She deserves a huge raise and a two hour daily lunch break.

Came in to ask about an iPhone 15 pro max and was sure about the promotions. Salomon and Mariangel clarified everything for me. They offered me a 2 week trial of the internet. I didn’t know T-Mobile offered this service. Either way great customer service by both representatives
