I can not say enough good things about this place and the AMAZING people who run it! In the past I’d shop online for hours for cheap insurance only to not be able to decide and then getting countless calls, texts, and emails from every insurance company you can possibly think of! lol 🤦‍♀ I walk in here and Jessica finds me the best rates, way better than when I looked on my own! She actually just saved me over $600/yr just the other day!!! Rates were about to go up right before my renewal and she personally called me and told me about it, and advised me if I made my payment that day, or by the end of the week, that I could be locked in with the old rates, before they go up! I was shocked that she went out of her way to do that for me! It’s so hard to find a good honest company like that anymore. That same day I went in and paid my premium for both of my vehicles. She even took the extra time to put all of the paperwork I need in an envelope, with their card stapled to the front and personally wrote out the policy numbers on the outside of each envelope to put in the glovebox of each car so I wouldn’t get confused. It might be a small building, but they made a HUGE difference for me. I never want to go anywhere else to look for insurance! They are truly so helpful and nice!

Gene Smith Insurance is one of the best insurance companies I have dealt with in my 45 years! They're knowledgeable, friendly, and over accommodating. They were able to get me a quote and insurance that was cheaper then the quotes I was getting online. They were so personable and friendly that I didn't even notice how long I was there filling out paperwork.
