We live in Louisiana but had the best experience with Mattress by appointment. We received three twin beds for our children and one California King mattress. Customer service was great, the line of communication was always open. John gave us the best shopping experience from afar! Our mattresses came in a timely manor and we have all had the best sleep since receiving them! I highly recommend him for all of your mattress needs!

John from our first conversation via FB messenger was very pleasant and professional and may I add the response time with FB messenger was impeccable. My husband and I went up there for one mattress and ended up getting two. The customer service from John was genuine. He asked questions about how we sleep or if we had any medical conditions such as back pain or sleep apena. A person such as myself with a very strong medical background thought that John asking those questions was impressive because he wanted to make sure after getting the answer to those questions asked that he matched us with the best mattress for us both.
