Easy to find off Hwy 301 at a light. Popular place for a business to rent an office. Lots of parking spaces & 24 hr security with cameras & guard. A couple minutes north of Downtown Dade City which has restaurants, antique shops etc. Not far from Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Lakeland, Brooksville etc.

Due to a job change and being that I live in a rural area with only satellite internet, I needed to find a reasonable priced office space. I found it here. It is the perfect size and has lightning fast internet service avaliable through Spectrum. I couldn't be happier! Great people to work with and very friendly atmosphere. Clean and 24 hr security.

We relocated our business next to the Dade City Office Plaza after evaluating many locations in eastern Pasco county. It used to be the corporate office for the worlds largest citrus plant so there is an unusually diverse amount of space within the complex.

Needed some info and to fax a few papers from The Career Source Center. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful
