This review is for the Beauty Salon, specially for the Manicurist, Sara, she is one of the best, excellent work and very clean, she really cares about the customers and always provides an excellent service. The Receptionist, Jessica is also very Customer Service oriented, very professional and friendly, she is always ready to help. So sad Billy is no longer there, he is one of the best hair stylist.

One of best JCPs I’ve visited! Everything was hung and tucked away where it should and the prices were unbeatable. Spotless! I got denim overalls for $5.99 each, which is practically unheard of in today’s economy. The highlight of my experience was Selma, my cashier. She was kind, charismatic, and proactive. I expressed that my kids were in between sizes and she went the extra mile by telling me to snap a photo of the receipt in case it was lost —because as you can imagine, lost receipts are a mom’s nightmare. Would recommend this location and will be returning.

I ordered a pair of shoe for my Don online for his Homecoming. They were the only store that had them in 3 counties. It was easy to get them once I got there. Pickup is on the second floor take a right when you get off the escalator a go through the optical area. Easy in & out!!! 👍

JCPenney has definitely stepped its game up! I found sooooo many great clothes, baiting suits , home decor , jewelry & makeup there. The staff was great.

I love JCPenney at dade land mall there store is the best JCPenney I have ever been To I haven’t shop there since 2019 and I see they made changes to store it’s looks very nice and clean it was so easy to find things with the help of the store manager Ms Claudia Garcia I didn’t even have to ask her for help she asked did I need help and that never happened at no other JCPenney store I shopped at she is by far the best manager She went above and beyond to help me and my daughter look for clothes and the other staff there was so nice Also Ms Francis and Ms Selma was also helpful Ms Claudia made my shopping experience easy she really cares about helping people and even all the staff I seen there was nice and they also greeted me when I came in the store thanks again Ms Claudia I look forward to shopping there soon and I highly recommend any one that wants to shop at JCPenney to shop at the one in dade land mall there the best.Tria

I'm giving 5 stars to the store because it's one of my favorites. But the associate at the pick up online purchase's counter was rude and very out of any polite manners. Every one can have a bad day. In that case, staying at home is the best option. I like what I bought but I didn't try nothing yet. I hope everything fits on me. Better than see again sush a negative person at the counter again.

Called for last minute photos, was able to get in the staff was absolutely awesome!! Our photos came our great even with a difficult child, April was patient and understanding. There was no pressure to buy extras, even though I have did.....lol

Jc penney thank you so so much. I have been coming to this store since I was 15 years old with my parents. Today I am 56 years old. I have been looking for a anniversary ring for my 35 years with my wife. It was about 3 months looking for a ring i saw 2 rings 💍 in the jc penneys cellphone sale . So I called on Thursday 30/2022 of July. I spoke to the most wonderful person her name is remain maharaj over the phone. I asked her will you be ther on Friday she said no I'll be in on Saturday. I said ok my dear I will see you on Saturday morning. I went to the jewelry department. And thank God she was there I got the most beautiful ring i have ever seen in my life time. What a great any elegant person this lady is so professional and so knowledgeable. That day just one ring gold one i say it was ther for me . Reema is an exceptional person. The staff are so nice, and great deals. Parking was easy too, but then it's not the weekend. And ask for Reema if you are shopping in their fine jewelry department, she is the best.
