Everyone I talked to was very friendly and super willing to help, particularly Ana. Just an overall great experience! The location is conveniently located right next to Target, so was able to knock out a bunch of errands in one visit. I'll be back for future purchases.

I came with my mom to buy a pair of shoes and we were helped by Camilo in the shoes area. His attention was incredible!! He really know his stuff and his customer service is outstanding!!

Unfortunately he was the only one in the shoes area and had to be helping other 2-3 customers at the same time. Still amazing.

The Dadeland location asked for Douglas. He’s super patient and understanding. He called around until I could find out the suitable spikes for my girls that raced that same day. Thank you, Douglas, for being an amazing employee and making my experience great at your store

I love this store! I always buy my bikes here but I especially want to mention the man who fixes and maintains the bikes because he does everything very well and with a lot of quality.

Came into the Dick’s Sporting Goods with my Nishiki bike and Jose, the bike tech, was awesome!! He fixed my bike better than when I bought it and gave tips on how to maintain it. I highly recommend getting your bikes here and any needed repairs. Thanks again Jose!!!!

As I was looking for shoes I received terrific help from Alonso, who pulled shoes for me in different styles and sizes for almost an hour, offering suggestions on the way.

Excellent customer service and help by Hunter in shoes area. He helped me pick out a pair or adidas ultra boost and was friendly and helpful through the process. I always want to return to this store because of the level of service and kindness each employee has. Great store and great selection 👍🏻

The employees were very helpful and provided me with all of the information I needed in order to purchase the right footwear. I was glad I didn't have to ramble around testing out 15 different sneakers and then picking out one that didn't meet my needs. The service I received here was great and made my trip alot quicker and more successful.

College student looking for a bike. Drove all over Miami but ended up at this store. Found the perfect bike and had great help from Mark and Andres. They spent a lot of time helping me fit the bike with a basket and a rack. They checked the bikes breaks and gears. They were fantastic and very easy to work with. Highly recommend this store

I bought a bicycle at the Dadeland Station Dick's Sporting Goods store. They assemble it and I was able to pick it up the next day. Once home, I noticed a problem with the tire so I brought it back. Andy, the bike technician, not only fixed the tire, but checked the entire bicycle to make sure that everything was perfect. Andy was very nice and helpful. THANK YOU ANDY!!!

I’ve been looking online for a week now for a specific product and I went ahead and went to my local Dicks Sporting Goods store in Dadeland Station. I browse around the store asked and associate for where the luggage were, she was too busy tending to the apparel section and I didn’t want to bother. Knowing how hard it is because I used to work for Sports Authority-Dolphin Mall a while back. I didn’t find it and started looking around for an alternative product. Mind you this was during closing time 30 min prior to closing. I stumble upon a gentleman by the name (hopefully I get it right) Kaylo, this customer rep. was attending to another customer and I waited for him. After he was done, he was very please or seem very pleased to help me. I explained what I wanted and what I was looking for. He took me to the section on the backpacks. Once at the section he asked me where did I see it and I went on to explain, he also asked me why I needed it for and where was I going. I told him I was going away on a cruise to The Bahamas and needed a traveling backpack to be able to carry small items and have my hands free. He went on to tell that his family is from The Bahamas. A very good tactic to sell a product, by the way. I also mentioned that I had searched online, he stated that they could order from the online store in-store and have it shipped to my residence, which is very convenient and also it’s free shipping & handling. He continue to explain the product and that it’s very good for traveling, it has a stow away bag as well. We filled out the information needed to ship and payment information as well. He gave me all the details as to when I should be receiving my product, that I will receive a receipt to my e-mail and he also gave me hard copy of the receipt. I am very satisfied with the service provided by Kaylo, he should receive some spiffs for his performance and rendering his service to a client like myself. I will definitely come back to DSG again and look for him next time! If you do go and seek information, product knowledge and above & beyond customer service, ask for him!

I was surprised as to how many wonderful things this store has, I was helped immediately and even was helped by one of the store attendants to carry the heavy package to my car refusing a tip. Now that Was awesome!

It's a great place to get your sporting good needs. This stores is organized and someone is always willing to help you. Parking is Great and its covered so you will be nice and cool..😉
