Carvana Miami

The Carvana experience is a beautiful experience. Initially I was Leary of buying a used vehicle and due to all the scamming that is going on now Adams, I was also scared of the online car buying. I must say, this was the easiest process ever and I did not spend an entire day purchasing a vehicle. Everything within the process was awesome, from start to finish. Even the delivery of my new vehicle was done professionally. I loved the Carvana experience and I recommend it to everyone seeking to purchase a vehicle.

I can’t express enough how awesome this whole process was. All of the paperwork that needed to be done was completed ahead of time. My rep at the Miami location was John Gregory. I appreciate him very much for the level of service he provided to me on the day of pick-up.

John called me ahead of time to let me know the car kiosk was not working and wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule. I told him absolutely not, the kiosk is nice, but not a deal breaker. He made sure my expectations were set for what would happen when I got there. When I arrived, to my surprise, he had my car sitting in front of the store with a bow on it.

Let me tell you, the detailers should be commended. My car was immaculately cleaned inside and out. It had a full tank of gas and was ready to go. John walked me around to make sure I was happy with the car. There were a couple minor items that were addressed immediately to my satisfaction.

We handled the final paperwork process and I was ready go. Before that, he made sure to explain the 7-day guarantee return policy and the warranty available to me. We did a final walk around. I expressed my gratitude to him and we were off. This is by far the ONLY way I want to by a car from now on.

No pressure, no hours in the dealership, no haggling with the sales and finance guys. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Again, I want to shout out John and the staff who detailed the car. Great job everyone!

Incredibly quick process with an amazing assistant Ashley! I sold my vehicle today after completing the online process and received what I believe to be a very decent offer for it. They even coordinated a ride to my next destination! The customer service I was provided with today made me want to buy from them! I wish they would price match or negotiate vehicle pricing for sales department and I definitely would have!

Wow. What an amazing Customer Service, from beginning to end.

I was looking to sell my car, which was no longer being used due to COVID-19. Carvana gave me TOP DOLLAR for it.

I went to their website, filled their online form which took me about 5 minutes to complete, and once they reviewed it (24 hours later), they provided me with appointment options - both to pick up from my own home or to drop it off. I chose to drop it off.

It took me 14 minutes total from when I got to their Doral location to when I left having signed, inspected, and transferred my car to them. EASY PEASY LEMON SQUEEZY.

COVID MEASURES: appointments are scheduled 30 minutes apart, so you’re the only one there. They have hand sanitizers and Lysol wipes in every corner. The entire place smelled like it had been cleaned with Clorox and looked squeaky clean. Totally recommend.

I could not be happier with my experience with Carvana. We are moving and going down to a one car family so we needed to unload my 2021 Chevy Silverado. I tried all of the car buying sites you see but Caravan made me the best offer. I'd have been happy if that would have been it but the process was so easy I kept questioning whether I was missing something. I did it all on line and it was super simply. Then Marvin who came to get my car was incredibly professional and just a nice guy! Handed me a check on the spot. Are you kidding me? If you are going to sell your car, Carvana is it. Not only did they offer me the highest amount, but made it most convenient. I wasn't sure what to expect, and if to believe the reviews online about how the whole selling process is. I couldn't believe it was as simple as that. Carvana is awesome!

The initial process of getting all documents needed (since mine was a lease) wasn’t hard but time consuming and your rate will go down after your quote is given. Aside from that once it is complete everything is so easy. Dealerships are honestly such a hassle, I will continue to go with Carvana instead. Highly recommend and couldn’t be happier with the results 👏

By far best experience ever selling a car. They made it so easy compared to what dealers were trying to make me do to sell my car. Hands down would do it again. Not to mention they gave me the best offer and I checked almost a dozen.
I literally entered my plate number and answered a couple questions and had my offer immediately. I had an issue a day later with the offer and they fixed it within a day matching the original offer and I accepted, uploaded a picture of my license and odometer and scheduled my drop off (3 mile drive to carvana saved $75 pickup). At my scheduled appt there was one lady in an office and she was prepared for me. Checked in the car, I signed a few forms and they released my funds for the sale. Easiest transaction I have ever got the pleasure of experiencing. Thank you carvana.

A very smooth and quick transaction. I sold my vehicle and the entire process once I arrived at the drop off site was about 15 minutes. Price offered better than CarMax and KBB. Only complaint is the drop location could have been better marked. There were no signs indicating it.
