Jim Browne Chevrolet Buick GMC Chevrolet: Service Center

My Chevy Silverado has disappointed me. I have always had good luck whit Chevy. But Jim brown has always worked Me in to get it fixed and great service staff.

My car broke down and it is a Buick. I knew my problem was under warranty so I sought out Jim Browne. Long story short they were able to assist with towing then Andrew was assigned to me and kept me informed via text or phone call. Repair took less time than anticipated and I was back on the road.

Had an emissions issue today. I called the shop and they were booked, but said if I didn't mind waiting they would try to work me in. I am using Jim Browne Chevrolet Dade City for my exclusive care of my Chevy Colorado at first for the Lifetime power train warranty but also because the staff in the service dept are always so nice and they do a great job. I go in on Saturdays and Sean is always very nice and pleasant and makes sure everything is done and that the customer is satisfied.

I had my truck tcm flashed went in on a whim needing it fixing to go on a trip sunday asked tuesday they were able to do it wensday. Thanks to Alex in service and Adam Bowyer. It was done in 1 hr and was reasonably priced. I will purchase a vehicle from them and do service if needed thanks service department at Jim brown Dade city.

Quick n easy service. I have taken my truck here 3 times now and have been in and out. Granted if you want the service to be good and fast you should come early as they do get busier throughout the day.
