Morningside RV Estates

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to stay as they were booked solid, and I can see why.
I had heard really good things about the park, so I took a ride through it. The roads were nice and the lots looked full, lol but what got me was that the park was extremely clean and everyone’s site look very well maintained.
I will be checking in occasionally to see if they have any sites available!! Nice place!

We just checked in to Morningside Rv Estates, Dade City, Florida. It has exceeded our expectations so far. We will be here three months. Sites are huge, very well kept park. Friendly people. Awesome managers, Crystal and her husband Bob. So very helpful. I will update with photos and more after we've been here for a bit. But, we are very impressed. Our first year as "snowbirds" and it's starting off great. We're very excited to see what's in store for us here.

I was so so surprised to see some of the negative ratings. We have been staying there for 3-4 years. The management , staff, people in the park etc really do such a good job keeping everything nice. They have guidelines and they are followed. The park isn’t brand new or super fancy but I can’t think of a single place in the park that isn’t neat and tidy, everyone is so friendly. When we drove in our first year, people came out to wave and smile. It was very easy to get involved. In normal times there are lots of activities. Too many to do them all. Activities are led by the residents and usually is no extra fees. Instead of a campground, it is a cluster of seasonal homes with some RVs. There is privacy if you want it. In comparison with other RV estates I have seen, Most of the lots are pretty big. I think like 10 ft from line to line. I am sure there are few that are smaller due to homes that were there for a long time. Nice nice place. Safe, neat, friendly.

Great place to live. It's quite and the people here are friendly. We have made a lot of friends here. I didn't give any stars for rooms service because it is an RV Park

We are here for the year as a base home for our fifth wheel while we travel some. Love this quiet park with friendly people!! As of now, we plan to locate here permanently when done traveling in a park model! No fuss...no muss! Just a clean and very well located community!

Great park. Super clean, Super friendly . Our travels brought us here unexpectedly this past weekend. The staff from reserving the site, registering, escort to the site was top notch. If we had not had reservations following our stay here we probably would still be there. We hope that in the future we will be back.

It is a well maintained, elegant residential RV friendly community. I have visited my family here. They come down for the winter, this year and 5 years ago nothing has changed everything beautiful.

Our brother just moved there. It matched the pictures on line and is very close to shopping areas and good restaurants. Our first contact was the office staff. They went above and beyond to help us. The neighbors came to help our brother in many ways. So thankful for a great community they have there at Morningside RV Estates.

My grampa and gramma Mike and Carol live in this community for several years now during the Winter. Lots of activities throughout the week and they made Many frends. It's awesome very close to shopping and is a large park and reasonably priced

It is very safe gated community. They have alot of activities for the people who live there. All the people are very friendly there. Im glad my parents chose there to stay

We have been here since Nov. 2020 it is a very clean park everyone is very friendly.I would recommend it to everyone

Wonderful place to live I moved their 2 months ago but was only the 1st place I looked at and I knew I wanted to be there so it's me and my Little .

Nice Florida RV park. Great facilities with shuffleboard and pool. The roadways are all paved not gravel, it is a nice spot.

Great 55 over adult community. Many activities and friendly people.

Good size lots. Many activities. Close to stores. Within an hour of numerous parks and recreational areas.
