Taco Bell

I just got off work and decided to order some Taco Bell before I hit the road so that I can pick it up w enough time. When I pull into the drive way they let me know they are waiting on the Nacho Fries and to pull up. I’m not one to complain ever and was fine waiting. After around 5mins the gentleman brings out my food and let’s me know that he added cinnamon twists and an iced drink for my wait. I know other locations don’t bring this energy and I wanted to make sure the team tonight was recognized on their customer service

The crew from the 12:00am shift have great customer service !

This Location Is The Best In Kissimmee. When I Tell You Great Customer Service, I Really Mean It. Food Was Also Hot and Fresh. Would Recommend This Taco Bell! Feel Safe When I Come Here and Management Is By Far The Best!

Honestly, it was great. I got a Cheesy Gordita Crunch meal a couple nights ago and it was mediocre at best, at a nearby Taco Bell. Tonight i got the same meal at this Taco Bell, and it was considerably better. The meat and tortilla were hot, cheese and veggies cold and tasted fresh. The hard shells were still in tact and crunchy. The soda was good, not watered down.
5/5 Taco Bell experience.

Tasty breakfast, friendly morning staff. I just tried their breakfast for the first time and it's really tasty and an appropriate price. Check out their breakfast chrunchwrap. It has mild spice, smokey flavor, and they put a significant amount of bacon on it 🤤

The service was really great today. We had a family of three and everyone ordered the same combo, only with 3 different variations. My son wanted normal, my wife wanted extra onions and I wanted no SC plus add guacamole.
They got everything perfect and everyone was super happy...plus it tasted really good.
Very impressed... JOB WELL DONE!

Well we all know common errors in the fast food game happens right, well in this case i was beyond surprised at the outcome of the errors this location made. Allow me to explain, so i got a order and it was completely made backwards and also missing a few items. Although no matter how busy they were it should not have happened right, but it did and i totally understood it, thats why its called a mistake... Here is where it gets good though, i went back the next day because it was already late the night before and i asked for the manager, i explained what happened he looked over my ticket and offered his apologies and remade the order, as i was explaining the staff surrounded the window and payed close attention to the order so that it would not be wrong again and everyone had the look of sincere and all said they were sorry it happened... That took me away because they all wanted to be sure it was corrected and showed they took their job serious, that amazed me. As a food critic and a restaurant secret shopper and food developer i must say that the service i received here was far better than most 5 star spots i do random pop ups at. Very pleased with the management and the staff on that shift. Job well done.

The staff here is wonderful... better then pretty much any tacobell... the 3 most recent reviews were from a group of petty teenagers. They were upset that we couldn't take people walking up to the window. You must be in a car. It is for the team safety. Anyone on foot could reach in window or jump threw. If your in a vehicle you have an obstruction. Duhhhhhhh. To the three of you petty teenagers that have nothing else better to do. Keep your money you will be trespassed when you come back. 😊 our team forgives you. But honestly to the other guest that come in you be the judge of the staff here

Great food, friendly workers, fast drive-thru times. What more could you ask for? The limited Cantina Crispy Chicken Taco is a must have.

I've had chalupas, burritos, quesadillas and orher items. They were fresh and hot. It has a new manager and the new young hires provide great service.

I went at around 9:30-9:40 and their were two young girls through drive thru and they were the kindest people to us!! the food good aswell
