Amazing RV park.
Very clean, wide streets, nice lake with lots of trees. There’s even a brand new pool. I enjoy seeing lovers and cranes the times I’ve been there.

I love it here. Everybody is so nice.
Love that I can put my kayak in the water here. Totally relaxing.

This is a great park in a beautiful country setting... surrounded by animals, peace and quite! Yet, just minutes from interstate 75 and some of Florida’s best attractions, and outdoor activities. They have a multi-use path on site... and just a few minutes away is a beautiful, 46 mile
biking trail. The park is extremely well maintained, but the best things here are the people - everyone is very nice. The owner and staff are friendly, responsive and take pride in the park. A lovely place to stay regardless of how long your visit.

This is the park where your neighbors become like family. Everyone whether a resident or management is always ready to help. The park is always very well maintained and as the saying goes, “You’ll love it here”

I have lived here eleven years full time. I checked out various parks before settling on this one. One of main reasons for choosing Sunburst RV Park was the size of the lots--they are larger than any of the other parks that I visited. Second reason for choosing Sunburst RV Park was the rent was much lower than other parks that I looked at. Some people may not think about this, but the drinking water we have is better than some of the bottle water that is available. That is another plus. And I know I feel safe here along with most of the other people I have talked with. The owner, Jeff Cole, is very responsive to emergencies. You can call him in the middle of the night about about any emergency and he immediately takes care of it. So if you are looking for a good place to live full time or to be a seasonal resident, you should consider Sunburst RV Park where there are a lot of great people and fun things to do. Located just north of Dade City, FL on highway 301.
Add this to my earlier comments: Yesterday, Saturday morning, I was experiencing some minor plumbing issues. I called and left a message for Jeff about my problem. I expected him to contact me in a few days to do the repairs because it was not an emergency. Within an hour he arrived. I explained my plumbing issues with him and he went right to work and completed the repairs in less than an hour. That, to me is someone who cares about the his residents at Sunburst RV Park.

Well maintained clean with plenty of good neighbors gated RV park

Sunburst is one of the nicest rv parks i have been in. THE OWNER not only lves on site but is a working owner. He is one of the nicest owners i have meet in some time
i have never seen him get upset or say anything out of the way The maintenance workers are just as nice this is a clean park all rvs are kept up as the yards. You will not find a better place to live than here. How many owners live on site and if there is a problem even in the middle of the night he is right here. Any other park the owner will not turn his hands to do work. And besides where do they live NY or somewhere. . i would like to say thank you to Mr. Cole. And his employees. Linda Overmyer

I'm visiting my parents here in Sunburst RV Park. During the season both Sunburst and Seven Acres RV Parks offer a scrumptious breakfast for $2.00. I thourghly enjoyed meeting and seeing the tenants. Thanks to the club officers and the fabulous owner.
I am so greatful that my parents moved to Sunburst so that I do not have to worry about their welfare so much because I live so far away in Las Vegas, NV. I know the warm and friendly people here will be kind and helpful to my parents.

I have my RV here because I really like the community here at Sunburst. I enjoy every time I come up here to stay at or check on the RV.
