Nike Factory Store - Miami

Big and nice store. But they can bring more for sale. Store via Online shop failed 😕. Most of the sizes not available. And its sales time.
But I love them classic shoe. Its heart ❤

The manager Priscella is amazing! She helped me with a return/exchange issue I was experiencing and she was able to get it resolved efficiently while maintaining an excellent level of customer service. The end result ultimately surpassed my expectations. Priscella deserves a raise and/or promotion.

My favorite Store ever .. I just buy all my stuff there … from time to time you get some great promotions and price quality is great .. the guys in working are so cool , always helping … I recommend it

The selection of sneakers here was great. I got some $140 Jordan blue velvet sneakers for my daughter priced at $97. Great buy,she loves them. I would never find Jordan's where I live.

The Nike store in the mall has Alot of variety of men's kids and women's clothing. Great assortment of shorts. Pants 👖 with good prices especially on veterans day look out for all the sales. It was busy in the morning time when I went. The girl in the fitting room was very nice and helpful.

Great outlet, a lot variety of shoes, only thing they don't have too much Jordan shoes collection. But I love the offers

I had a real bad experience on Saturday and I was never going to go to that Nike outlet again. I go monthly and spend hundreds of dollars. I called today to speak to the general manager and Javon was so understanding and so professional. He was empathetic and gave me a resolution without him having a title of manager. People like Javon gives me hope in humanity. Thank you Javon!

I own over 300 pairs of sneakers. If a Sneakerhead tells you this is a hit then go! Assorted style Nikes and even have Jordans too. From kids to Adults. New kicks daily and even honors Military Discount!!! Yoooo....

Don't go on weekends it's too busy. They have good markdowns but you have to keep checking. People cut line. Very rude.

I love shopping at this Nike store! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a great selection of products. The store is clean and well-organized, and the prices are very reasonable. I appreciate the attention to detail in the displays and the overall shopping experience. Highly recommend!

I must congratulate the team at the Nike Factory store in Dolphin Mall, Miami.
I was helped by 4 different associates (not sure about their positions) and they were all absolutely amazing. The two lovely ladies that helped us find our order for an exchange (didn’t get their names) were very helpful. Then Brian was incredible, friendly and super funny also. He helped us with finding all the sizes we needed, and also informed us of the promotions throughout the store. The associate who helped us with the exchange was in the “vip” section and was also very helpful and friendly. Congratulations to the management team for keeping such a healthy environment for your staff. In absolutely transpires into a pleasant customer experience.

Awesome nike store in a great location in South Beach. Mulitple floors with all the newest inventory. So after some drink at yard house across the street, spend some money on some sneakers and athletic wear to keep you comfortable while you shop along all the other shops in the area.

Great place , mask required. Best Nike prices . They always have discount. Worth to go rather than online .
