Great car buying experience! The staff is very helpful and friendly! I purchased a vehicle that I absolutely love. It needed a repair which was covered by the warranty they provided with the vehicle. They did a great job with the repair. I would highly recommend Ray's used cars if you're looking for a vehicle. You must ignore the bad reviews! These are wonderful helpful people that stand behind their products. I find the prices fair for a buy here pay here location and when buying a used vehicle you always run the risk of something going wrong. They offer a 3,000 mile warranty with their vehicles And when my vehicle needed a repair they honored the warranty no questions asked and repaired my vehicle in a timely manner. Just go check them out for yourselves! You won't be disappointed.

I just bought my first car on 2/24 and I couldn’t be more happier then I am!! They worked with me as a first time car buyer and helped me so I could have low monthly payments and explained everything that I asked. My family has bought vehicles from them in the past and have never had issues, they are the most reliable company I know!

I don't know why they have any low ratings.. me and my boyfriend just purchased a 09 Malibu from them a couple days ago, that night when we got it home we heard it making a weird noise. We brought it in the next morning, found out it was a broke motor mount, ordered the part and had it fixed the next day free of charge. The ladies inside are extremely friendly and everyone trys really hard to get you into a vehicle you like. I would strongly recommend them!
