Walgreens

I have been back to this Walgreens because it is convenient and I must say they are friendly, was able to answer my questions, and I ordered items on-line, and it was a smooth easy process. Effortless. Kamir (sp?) pharmacist yesterday, was the first pharmacist, after looking at my profile, who said that the one prescription that I picked up, should be taken 8 hours from a couple of my other scripts. My doctor never told me that. I had been taking them at the same time. Thank God for Kamir looking at the prescriptions that I take. Also, Brad in the pharmacy, was professional and friendly, all at the same time while be crazy busy. After I came home, I realized that I had forgotten my phone. I called the store and she said that my phone was there. Whew! Everywhere is short staffed, and they all are working very hard.

The only reason I give 5 stars is because of Melissa over at the pharmacy. She usually works on the drive up and she is always extra helpful even though they are always slammed with customers. The lady pharmacist is very helpful also. Everything else is not great at this location. Only some of the employees like them.

Don't know about other Walgreens locations but this one on 34743 is just HORRIBLE the pharmacy is a JOKE only 5 stars so you could get an idea what your in for.

Day 1: I call around 8am employee tells me " yes everything Is OK and that my prescription is going to be ready by 10am.

I asked to please be put on that automatic messaging system that they have to let me know when the medication was ready

3:00 o'clock gets here and I haven't received no message at all from them. (remember they said it would be ready by 10am)

so I decide to drive up to this location, wait in drive-tru 25mins with my oldest son only for them to tell me that they haven't done anything that the medications now is going to be ready for 6:00 p.m. and to come back with my insurance because they couldn't process that either

I couldn't return yesterday do to work

Day 2 (today) and I call the pharmacy before going there and the wait on the phone was 30 minutes with no answer.. I hung up.

I drove over there again and after 30 minutes waiting with now my month baby it's finally my turn and that was with only 1 car infront

They tell me that the medication is going to take 6 mins. to be ready then reaproch me and from 6 mins is changes to 10
and Oh that I have to move because I cannot wait no longer at the window because their are other cars behind me that they need to attend

right there they lost me I thought WHAT so I could wait here for 30 without the first greet but as soon as you find out why I'm here ok move now because you cannot be here for the next 6 or 10 mins. I was like what's another 10 mins to the 30 I already had.

I'm like yes I know there's other cars behind me. Maybe if you guys would take less time having everybody wait for you and get your ship together you wouldn't have this problem

so sadly for everybody I stayed right there

TOTAL WAIT TIME 1 HOUR drive-thru ( more or less)

I had 1 of my 2 kids in the vehicle at both encounters

my husband in the past has also had similar issues with them

This visit only reminds me how BAD this place and not to go back

Attention to Walgreens Cooperate: figure out what's the problem. If it's that you need to shut down drive-tru completely because it's to much for them to handle or give the store more pay roll so you could have more staff in hopes the services is in a timely manner and procedures are done when there supposed to.

Clean place friendly staff great offers

I went to the store roughly around 1ish and they were slightly busy but cosmetic associate lesaile i think was super helpful in resolving my issue with some headphones that i purchased a few weeks ago she explained the policy for future issues and i appreciated that info. Thank you

Employee was very helpful at the photo section.

The staff that works there are very nice & friendly always willing to help. Love Walgreens 😘🙏
