Richard is phenomenal, he’s incredibly professional and kind. It’s so hard to trust many mechanics in the area, so finally having a place I trust has been such a relief. I highly recommend them if you want quality work, customer service and honesty.

Can’t recommend the amazing work and team at this Goodyear location enough!! They really went above and beyond to help me fix the issues with my car, and refused to give up when nothing seemed to work. Richard is absolutely outstanding as a professional, a manager, and as a person. While waiting, every single customer that came in said they did so because they have been following Richard to any store he goes to. And his customer service, and just the care he has for others to truly help them, was abundantly clear. I will be recommending this location to all my colleagues, friends and family. It’s hard to find a team of mechanics in Miami that are trustworthy and honest regarding car repairs, especially as a woman, and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of or felt like I was being up-selled (sold?) for even a second. I sincerely appreciate Richard and his teams help and quality care!! 10/10

Richard manages this place and does a fine job with service and customer relations. Mr Dixon is his right hand man and does a fine job as well.

Today I had a great service at the Pinecrest location. I went in for a wheel balancing and rotation and also asked them for an inspection of my car in general as I will be taking a road trip soon. The attendant at the counter and the technician that worked on my car were nice and took care of me in a timely fashion.
After the inspection was done, Richard came to give me the results and the suggested items I should take care off. He was very professional and his exceptional communication skills convinced me to go ahead and take care of some of the items right then. I felt as a valued customer even though it was my first time at that location.
I received great service from all and I will be back.

Even though I had to drive from downtown in rush hour traffic and arrived later than anticipated, he ensured that my vehicle was still serviced once I showed up. I have been to this Goodyear 3 times now since moving to Florida and have been nothing short of extremely satisfied! Richard, a service manager, has been so friendly and helpful and always makes sure I am comfortable and helped in a timely manner. The guy that works here Alex is absolutely incredible. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Honest, reliable, and just a good person. His mother and father must have raised him right because he is happy with his job always and provides the best customer service I’ve ever seen. I will never go anywhere else. Very satisfied customer!! I recently visited the Good Year store at 9001 South Dixie Highway because my tires were low on air. I had the pleasure of having Dixon Zuniga assist me with this. He was very courteous and professional when I walked into the store and proceeded to take care of the low pressure of the tires. I highly commend him for being so
helpful and nice.. I definitely recommend him and will always go back to his store.

This was arguably the best experience I’ve had at an automotive repair shop. I called earlier in the week and spoke to Richard so when I went in on Saturday morning and was explaining to the gentleman my issues, Richard was right next to him so he jumped in and took over. He remembered my name, the model of my car and what I was there to have done. Richard is a master of his craft. Don’t get me wrong, all the service writers and the technicians were superb. Extremely professional. But Richard (who is the service manager) was the one helping me. He told me how much it would cost in advance, how long it would take and then brought me out back to show me I also needed a new caliper. He was very understanding of my budget and although at first I was trying to cut corners, he was able to do the complete job the right way as well as keep it within my budget, and had it all done by the time he said it would be. It only took this one visit and they’ve made a loyal customer for life out of me. I will definitely be recommending this shop to anyone looking for a place to bring their cars.

Great experience. I was hesitant because of the mixed reviews I saw at the time, but it was near home and I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. Richard made everything very easy. The service was excellent, the car was ready even faster than they said, and on top of that the tires were the same price as ordering online (which surprised me because installation was included). Balance and alignment are perfect as should be expected. Fast, good service, and reasonably priced. Easy recommendation.

I have been taking my Nissan pick up truck to Goodyear for oil changes, wiper blades, brakes and new tires. I also took my sons car there for tires. ‘Richard, Dixson, and everyone there has been fantastic. They are always there to address any issues or to answer questions. Most importantly I do believe that they are very honest. One time I took my truck there for service before taking a long road trip and they told me that everything looked great and there was no charge. That has never happened with any other mechanic. I highly recommend them

Richard and his team are wonderful. So incredibly kind, knowledgeable and just a great environment of energy to be around. I am so grateful for their care. Came in at 415pm with two nails in one tire and I was out by 5pm! They were happy to help!
