Amazing teas! Wish I went more often then I do. The energy teas taste delicious and make my whole body feel great and clean! I have yet to try a shake but plan to in the near future. Check them out!

I love treating myself to a loaded tea at Ringgold Nutrition. Staff is always friendly and I've been happy with all of the different drinks I've tried.

First visit here and it was awesome! The ladies were so helpful with helping me make a decision. So many good options to choose from! Got the combo, strawberry tea and death by chocolate protein shake. Both were delicious! I just wish they had a place like this closer to where I live (I live in NJ but am in Georgia visiting my cousin)!

I visit Ringgold Nutrition frequently and I’m so glad we have a place in Ringgold that offers these energizing teas a meal replacement shakes. The owners and their staff are always so helpful and cheerful! Definitely recommend!

This place is awesome. The nite werks added to the drinks will have give you very much untapped energy. It's on the higher end to get but the results are 10x the money. Highly recommend.

Staff is friendly, first visit so I haven't tried much of what they have to offer but what I had was great. They seem to stay busy so I'd say they're products are great.
