730 am checked in for a 10:00 appointment. Was directed to park outside the gate since the staging area is now used to store trailers. 0900 got a call with door details. 10:05 I checked out. Parking on the alley can accommodate about 7 trucks. No staging area. Ample pull up area. Free coffee and snacks for drivers. Warm and helpful associates. Clean rest room!

I just want to say amazing place in my experience. My appointment time was at 1 PM checked in at 7 AM. They called me at 8 AM for a door. Amazing women at the driver check in cheerful, polite, amazing women you pull in the gate go to the staging area you’re able to chill there until your appointment time unless told so plenty of room and space to back in just know overnight parking only on the outside Street but overall five stars my experience!!!

Still being loaded as of time of writing but the facilities are very nice, free coffee for drivers and ACTUAL RESTROOMS! Please don't mess it up drivers keep it clean, keep it a quality place to pickup/deliver to. They have a drink machine outside and other things on the interior. Lots of room to back. First timers will have an easy time. Park to the left side (as you're entering) in an open lot, walk up to shipping/receiving. (Follow the cross walk). Be sure to clean your trailer before arriving for easy loading and PRECOOL IT. Tandems to the rear, they'll open/seal it from the inside.

Very nice parking, arrived 1 HR before appointment and all was good, gate officer assigned the door and they started to unload as soon as i delivered the papers to receiving, it took them about 30min to finish, but then you have to wait about 1 hr after light green was on to get your paperwork. You backup with seal on and door closed, they also requested to have the tandems slided all they way back. Please remenber to have the 5 digit confirmation number that starts with number 4, without it they won’t let you in. No lumper fee in this location. There is free cofee to drivers 👏👏👏

Actually, seriously surprised. After reading reviews, and with my day's luck I was expecting to be awake til 4 or 5am with an 2330 appt time. Per instructions I arrived on the street no more than 2 hrs early for check-in an hour early. I checked in. It went very smoothly. Didn't even need to get out of my truck. The guard gave me a door. Closed door facility which of course we love. Slid tandems back and walked paperwork into receiving. For me with long-term mobility issues you cannot know what it means to have seats. The check lady was very nice and prompt. Said would call when done. If I could wish anything in my job; facilities with a place to sit for a minute would be top of my list. 30 minutes after my appt time the ladies knocked on my truck bringing me the paperwork which was such an awesome addition. Its late. I've been up since 0700. I could never put into words how all of these details made this truckers long day so much easier and pleasant. I'd come back here any day of the week, and twice on Sundays. BRAVO US COLD. BRAVO.

I arrived about 1.5 hours before my appointment and was given a door straight away. They didn’t load me right away but I expected to be here for awhile so it allowed me to do what I needed to do. There is plenty of space for backing in to any of the docks. The office staff was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. I would not be opposed to returning.

I'll give this place 5 out of 5 stars. Friendly staff, clean facilities, and having lots of room to maneuver. Of course always have your trailer pre-cooled -15,-20 and be on time for your appointment otherwise you’ll be there halve day. Park at staging area, if you follow this easy steps you’ll be out of there in less than 1hr. Also street parking but stop trowing trash on street

I’ve been to this facility twice, and both times the young lady in the shipping office has been very professional and courteous, the same goes for the interaction I had with the loaders. I arrived with my trailer pre-cooled and was given a door right away, and the docks open the doors from the inside, so huge plus there. I appreciate them having clean indoor restrooms, always nice to have that. Overall, probably one of the best US Cold that I’ve been to.

Steve at the Guard shack is excellent, too bad he is taking off for back surgery. Come pre-cooled (-10 to -15) or you will be sent back out till cooled. 1 hour before check in’s. Slide tandems and leave doors closed. YES! Loaders will come for a load lock at end of there is not one in trailer. Very polite guys. Office staff were all smiles at 1:30am. I’ll come any day!

It was a little all over the place to where they needed me to go but someone from warehouse came out to confirm. He was pretty nice about my first time being there! Very spacious. Well managed with appointments and the space they have. Wouldn’t mind if I get sent there again.

The ladies in the shipping office were super nice and super sweet and carried on a full conversation with me. The person in the yard who moved the trailers around was also very nice and super sweet. I wish I can give them more than a five star review.

Nikki was AWESOME! Quick unload as well. They had Keurig coffee maker, I definitely needed that so I helped myself to a hot cup of Joe.
This yard also had a lot of space to maneuver my truck and trailer. I am very grateful for that. Thank you for having a clean yard.

Great employees, plenty of place to back in, nice clean restrooms, do not come in till 1 hour before appointment, have a delivery confirmation number, parking on the street is available

Staff was excellent with an extremely great work ethic and attitude that reflected towards their work. The warehouse shipping and receiving team were one a kind getting myself in and out at my appointment time! Thank you US cold storage.

Great place to pick up or deliver to. Clean restroom and a spot for your pets to stretch their legs. They even gave my dog some treats.

Very organized and clean operation. Not a long wait, always like to come here, just make sure not to come more than 1 hour earlier from your appointment time.

GREAT PLACE! SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF. ENOUGH ROOM TO BACK INTO DOCKS (EVEN IF YOU'RE A ROOKIE ) AND THEY GET YOU DONE IN A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME. WOULD COME BACK AGAIN ANY TIME!
