I have used University Storage several times now and couldn't be happier. They have the most accommodating staff and go out of their way to help you get the size of storage unit that will best fit your needs and is available. They were very patient with my changing needs and encouraging that it would work out.....and with their help and up-to-the-minute knowledge of their inventory it did work out! They are the best! Thank you!

These prices cannot be beat anywhere else in town! I rented here for close to a year, and have little ire to spout about anything. The staff were helpful and nice, the facilities were low frills and all utility, and the security of the compound seemed top notch- an especially daunting feat considering the nature of their 24 hour access! Regular patrols by an actual police car in the evening made the rough surroundings a little more welcoming for those of a fearful nature, very important for the homeless infested area it is unfortunately located in. Fear not, this place does NOT take security lightly!

I called them and didn't even leave a message thinking they were closed or something, they called me back and gave me all the info I needed regarding some truck parking. I do business with them tomorrow but I'm giving a pre-emptive 5 stars for excellent communication and customer service. Truck parking is rare and expensive here but their price is very affordable.

Been renting space here for our kayaks for almost a year now. Absolutely fantastic people to work with! I went there because of the reviews, would encourage others to do the same.

Went to University Self Storage today based on the reviews I've read. After my visit, I can agree with the reviews that stuck out to me. They were very friendly and the price was way cheaper than what I was paying at another place!

Wonderful facility that is conveniently located and easy to access. The most reasonably priced in this area. But what sets them apart is their customer service. Truly wonderful people.

Clean units, reasonable rates, nice staff who made renting the unit a breeze. Very easy to get to location wise.

These guys are wonderful. Hooked us up with truck parking for our semi truck at the airport. Very affordable compared to other places in the area, friendly helpful employees.

Great security and extremely clean. I enjoy that I can come and go anytime. I feel confident about storing my items there.

Really nice people and just a heads up truckers if you need a place to drop your trailer go talk to these guys they will take care of you for cheap or nothing at all
